Cheap and cheerful with a perfect location. That said... if you are engaging in the night life, great. If you go to bed early, forget it. Even with ear plugs you will hear the music. Small room and the street noise.

It was cozy and clean, friendly staff. Rooms had ac. Great location The room didn’t have any electricity plugs for charging. The hotel itself is quiet, but the bar next door super loud, so was hard to fall asleep

The area was good but very loud. The plants were beautiful So many stairs and lack of a night stand or wash clothes or paper towel. Bed to big for room.

Very small room. The shared bathroom was not very clean and smelled weird. There were very loud drunk people outside our room in the middle of the night and in the morning there was broken glass outside our door.

Great budget accommodation in the centre of Playa. Just off from 5th Ave. Room was clean and comfortable, excellent air-conditioning. Shared bathroom was clean and good. They had a pool and nice common area. It was quite noisy at night from the surrounding bars, but we put our headphones in and it was completely fine. They wouldn't store our luggage after check out, but would store it before check in which was weird and annoying. So couldn't do what we had planned because we didn't want to lug our luggage around so we just left Playa early.

Cozy and quaint, convenient location, comfortable beds. Community/common area with kitchen and hammocks is great to meet family and friends staying in other rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Senor Frogs can be loud until about 2am, if you're a light sleeper.

Senor Frog's is loud, but the value and location would trump the noise and I'd stay again.

Bed

For a night or two if you’re just passing by is good enough. It is not too far to the harbour if you want to visit Cozumel. Toilets and showers were clean, but it feels like people go there for partying. Reception staff were very helpful and attentive. It is close to very busy and touristic streets and the room was pretty small.

Easy to walk to anywhere (convenience, grocery, 5th Avenida and other authentic less expensive restaurants. The pool was great and the yard is full of beautiful trees and flowers. That the bathroom was locked and sometimes you would forget the key at night to enter the bathroom.

Rest rooms

Lush interior patio with pool, very friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, AC, balcony, daily cleaning in rooms! I didn’t specifically like the very loud club music until 3am (although it was expected!), and then the drilling/construction noises starting from 7am gave us little quiet time but it’s close to the main street so we knew it would be like that. There was no toilet paper in the women bathroom for 3days. We received only one towel when we arrived although we were two. Once we requested more next day we did get more tho. Pool was usually occupied by kids jumping in.
