Nothing I had many miserable hotels on my trip, but this one was an absolute nightmare: Starting with the check-in, when I had requested an early arrival, but the room handover was intentionally delayed until the very last minute. From that moment on, I had one complaint after the other. The staff is absolutely unprofessional, impertinent and makes fun of their guests. Unfortunately, I understand everything they say about me and about others behind my back. For my three-days’ stay, I was assigned the worst room of the entire hotel. I had requested a quiet room, but I got the one in the far back, facing the street corner with all the traffic noise and drunk party people outside. There was also somebody bumping permanently against my wall. The window in the bathroom had no privacy and was visible from the 2nd floor. Fortunately, it was so dirty that you could hardly see through it. The furniture was old and mostly damaged. When I wanted to take a shower, I discovered that the faucet had no handle. Turning and tilting the remaining knob with wet hands was almost impossible. I twisted my wrist trying to do it. When I complained, they told me that nothing could be done about it, because a new handle had to be ordered first. It was not possible to replace it with a handle from another room either, because the other rooms had different fittings. So I got definitely the worst room in the entire hotel. By the way: their oh-so-generous "complimentary breakfast" consists of two slices of rusk and a cup of coffee. Not least, they avoid mentioning that they offer no parking. Be aware that the whole downtown area is controlled by parking meters and permanently monitored by the police. If you bring your own or a rental car, you may easily pay as much as another room rate just for parking.

Location I paid for breakfast and they did NOT give it to me. They wanted to be paid again. I wanted to talk to the manager. Asked me to come at 11 am. Never showed up. Didn’t offer me any kind of solution or refund. AWFUL.

Basic breakfast was sufficient but Toast is always a problem in Mexico. Cooked on a flat top, then stacked in a basket to get tough & very chewy. Have had this problem in other places there too. Optional purchase breakfasts were very good and very reasonable Staff were excellent, particularly Rebecca in the restaurant. She saw my wife's mobility problems and brought our breakfast to our patio. Very thoughtful and a pleasure to have her and the other servers there. We chose the hotel because the rooms are accessible, location is great and the value is good. Rental bike outside the hotel often blocked the handicap ramp. There were no glasses, face cloths or facial tissues in the room.

Breakfast was sufficient for us and we love the location. The staff from reception to breakfast restaurant to cleaning were all very friendly and good. We could not get a refrigerator for our room and we had to buy beach towels and facecloths. We booked for 15 days and airport shuttle but on the 6th day we got an email saying our taxi would arrive on the next day Saturday. I tried for over an hour to call the numbers listed but could never connect. In the end I had to cancel our ride & forfeit our $80.

The location and size of the room are good. Breakfast was included, but the portion sizes were ridiculous, so you'll pay extra for food. Also when they offered you coffee you had to pay extra for milk or cream. It's an abuse. Well, what they give you is a splash of milk, nothing more. It's not worth paying for food at this hotel. On the other hand, the staff is limited and they are not friendly at all. We wrote 2 months before many times asking for support with the transportation service from the airport and they answered us a day before to say that there was nothing they could do. Even though it is a service that they have announced.

Everything was good. Front desk staff especially Luis were great Hot breakfast is now toast and coffee.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but it needs to have maintenance. Better AC unit & toilet seat. In the room I stayed it didn’t have a toilet seat or a closed bathroom window. The AC would scape from the bathroom. When the cleaning crew came to clean they would turn off the AC and left the bathroom door wide open, so each time we walked into the room it was so hot. Also, the AC would leak water. And breakfast was only coffee & toast.

Great location. Clean and quiet. Terrible internet. No one at the desk until 10 am.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The aircon was very good. They should feel the need to charge 10 Pesos for milk with your breakfast coffee. If they are that desperate to make £0.48 on the milk, just add it to the room price before you choose the hotel. People wouldn't care if the room was £1- £2 extra per night but they don't have a great feeling when they are told that the milk or jam is an additional cost on your 'room with breakfast included' offer.
