Hotel Los Itzaes by 5th av

there was a bed bug in our room, and we woke up with bites. We informed the receptionist, but she seemed unconcerned about the situation. This issue was not addressed no one came to check the room .

The place needs to be updated and renovated but if you just need a comfortable place to stay for a night,this is okay.

Big, beautiful room with a small balcony. It was a reasonable price and the front desk was kind to our three small children.

Close to everything. Very clean. Water pressure and temperature great. Helpful staff. Noise at night somewhat loud. No elevator.

Everything grate

I really like the accommodation and customer service from all staff members. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and pictures are true to what the inside of the rooms look like. The location of the hotel is very close to everything so didn't really need a taxi while I stayed in this hotel. What I did like is the street noise in the night, but it was expected since your close to 5th ave. I am a heavy sleeper so I didn't really hear the music from local bars, but my mother who is a light sleeper was able to hear the music during the night.

The front desk attention was great

Great location. Don't expect luxury hotel at this price range, but it is definitely a good value place. Bathroom in the room could use a bit of renovation/remodelling. Especially water pressure under the shower was a bit of challenge.

The location is 1 block off the main pedestrian boardwalk and 3 blocks from the bus station so easily walkable. The rooftop pool was closed during the day. Also, there is a music club close by that plays loud music til 3am. All you hear is bass.

My family and I came to this hotel for the second time and, once again, we had a wonderful stay. The staff is so nice and welcoming, always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and in good standing. My parents and I really felt at home. The breakfast is outside the hotel. A little coffee and tea station in the lobby would be appreciated so we don’t have to leave the hotel just to get a coffee

No elevator and next door music loud until 2 am

Exceptional

Nice spacious rooms and was always clean Downside, no lifts, climbing 3 flights of stairs with suitcases was not good, cold showers, no breakfast as it was stated when we booked!

No hot shower, had to request twice.

NO ELEVATOR, NO BREAKFAST

The hotel was clean, room was spacious and everything worked as it should. Perfect location - walking distance everywhere. There was slight misunderstanding about the payment when checking in and it made the first impression a bit shady as the employee wanted to charge me twice. Everything was resolved in the morning, with the explaination that the employee didn't know how to work the payment terminal.
