Magic Blue Spa Boutique Hotel-Adult Only

It was close to downtown and everything was accessible. Pool was nice and clean. Hydrotherapy was amazing. Staff were helpful and friendly. Side bench was stained which made it look dirty. The key type we had was tedious.

Good location Luke warm shower Very noisy room from car traffic Television did not work Advertising better price at the Brazilian restaurant next door for hotel guests…not so Was charged more for drinks than the advertised prices !!!! They said service charges… ha ha ha

Very secure and quiet Hot water didn’t work at first

The place is really nice and charming. Perfect for couples. There is no parking at this hotel. You will need to use a publick parking at an extra cost.

Avoid this hotel at all costs , staff is absolutely terrible. I was never kicked out of the hotel after my check out time , even I had to wait for my next check in till 2pm. Manager was rude and she told me I have 5 minutes to leave even I was in a Wed bathing suit and just ordered a drink at the bar. On top of this embarrassing drama they made me pay for drinks I didn’t even finish. Not working wifi is a big issue as well as I could not work for two days. Worst experience I had in México and I ve been living here for two years

not much Our stay at Magic Blue Spa Boutique Hotel ended with a very unpleasant and humiliating experience. At check-out, the staff accused us of stealing a towel that we did not take. We explained multiple times that one towel was hanging after use and the second remained folded on the shelf, but nobody was willing to listen. For nearly an hour, the staff treated us in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful way. They threatened to call the police, refused to let us speak with the manager or cleaning staff, raised their voices at us, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and humiliated. We even offered to open our suitcases to prove we had taken nothing. The attitude we received felt hostile and discriminatory. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue during our stay. The shower had very weak water pressure, there were ants and many mosquitoes in the room, and the breakfast was disappointing with very limited fruits and vegetables. In addition, the night security guard behaved in an inappropriate and unprofessional way toward female guests, trying to hug girls and insisting on accompanying them to their rooms. Very disappointing experience — we would not recommend this hotel.

If you are a remote worker like myself, the internet is not very strong. It worked fine for me but I don’t need much bandwidth.

Pool was dirty

This place is just beautiful. The pool, the tropical plants, the room, the privacy, the location. Close to the beach, restaurants, nightclubs, scooter and car rental, grocery and shopping. Pool side bar and food are a great bonus and alternative to the beach. Staff is attentive. This is my second stay. First time it rained most of one of the days. We opted for the spa and rest. They have everything. Its perfect for a romantic getaway or a lowkey girls trip. a great value. For some reason there was no hot water in the shower our first night but the issue had somehow resolved itself by the next day.

The pool are is very nice and relaxing. The location is amazing. Right beside the Main Street yet the resort is quiet and peaceful. Lovely reasonably cocktails by the pool. The rooms are very dated. It’s has that worn look that even if clean doesn’t really look clean. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel was pretty and clean. Nad the hydrotherapy room is relaxing and lovely, but to have to pay quite a bit more for the hotel for that is not really that worth it. They are lucky it’s a nice place because the Staff was rude and unavailable. The Staff was rude and unavailable; ie- front desk overcharged for happy hour drinks and added fees I tried to ask nicely to remove and he (younger male) raised their voice at me and made me feel awful. Also the waiter outside never asked any of the patrons if they would like anything. We all had to walk up to the bar and ask for service. He was on his phone throughout the day but not tending to the any of us patrons. Also the Proximity to Coco Bongo (right across the street) made it very loud at night and hard to sleep.

Great breakfast, fantastic service from everyone, especially the ladies at the Spa.

It was clean. Hotel is oasis in the city area.

Staff refused to hold our luggage. Gave lame excuse about not having enough room when storage room clearly had ample space. Asked that they check with a manager. Refused. Never had such an experience.

The staff for me make this place great. Also the room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the poolside happy hour and the ability to leave my luggage after checkout. Opening the windows, folks can see right into the room. There's plenty of lighting options inside, though.

I loved the staff super friendly and professional spa treatment was a great addition to help relax. Good facilities you are not in the room much but bed was nice and comfortable room was nice to and clean Great location as well close to everything

The breakfast wasn't so good need to improve

Most of the staff were very kind even in travel stress from customers. The spa staff were also very kind and accommodating. I liked the cleanliness and breakfast. Expensive for simple room. Hot tub never on. One staff named Brenda very very rude everyday ! Not a happy person! No hot water.
