The TV wouldn't connect to the Internet and didn't have anything else other than Netflix.

Breakfast was adequate. The yogurt, fruit and granola were good. Coffee was a bit overdone / burnt and I don't like the milk, but I think it's just the taste of milk in Mexico. The rooms are very large and generally clean, except for a few details. Location is great -- close enough to walk to the main strip with restaurants and boutiques, but in a quiet area. There was a stain on the bed sheet and the coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Also, when we stayed here 2 years ago the bicycles were included. This time they cost an additional $10 each per day, so we decided not to use them.

Garden out back with lounge chairs was a welcomed addition. A bit more variety at breakfast would have been appreciated - the yogurt and fruit was great while everything else was a bit carb heavy.

The room itself was so cozy, facing the forest, so silent. Also I really enjoyed the design of the room. I also enjoyed that it was further away from the touristic streets, as I prefer a more down to earth area. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures but that's okay!

Elevator wasn’t working during my stay

the pool on the roof, the beach next to the hotel. We also appreciate, the kindness of the staff, the breakfast and the room with the view (trees and beach). We felt safe and it's important because I'm travelling alone with my daughter. there are only 5 parking places, and I couldn't park mine the first night. The elevator doesn't work and there are no wifi in the room. the mattress was too hard.

Large, comfortable room with all amenities. Very close to the beach. Nice and quiet area, and still walkable to the main street of Playa del Carmen. Staff were kind and friendly. Bottled water was available to top up your bottle as often as you like. You can relax in the peaceful garden or the separate rooftop pool area. Breakfast could be better, with more fruit and nuts available. Although there are quite a few cafes close by so can easily get breakfast outside. The pool is very small, and pool area could be made more comfortable with more sun loungers and plants.

We had a nice decorated clean room with ocean view. It has lift in the building and private parking. Children adored swimming pool on the roof. Really pleasant personal.

Room was great. Spacious, had a nice private deck and good water pressure in shower with hot water. Breakfast was basic but still appreciated. Great location. Would definitely go back. Breakfast could have a bit more variety

Note that the property is a bit out of the way from the central part of Playa del Carmen, about a 30 - 40 minute walk. The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk down a pathway. Must walk up a block to main road to get taxis to town or pay for Ubers.

Location

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, and from the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us in a very warm and kind way. The check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, which we really appreciated. There is also the possibility to re-park easily, which made things very convenient. Breakfast was included and was good, light, and perfect to start the day. The hotel offers excellent value for money: cleanliness was top-level, the area is quiet and peaceful, and at the same time it’s very close to the center of Playa del Carmen, so you can easily reach everything. A special mention to the rooftop, which is beautiful and a great place to relax. Overall, we felt comfortable, well taken care of, and would definitely recommend this hotel. .

Breakfast is simple, but good

Very clean, daily room service was provided and the staff were very nice. It was about 15 minutes walk to the fun area on 5th avenue and about 10 minutes to the beach. The beach was really nice and quiet and had an amazing view since it’s through the jungles. I would book there again. The pool was simply a cold water bathtub and not a real pool, however, the view on the rooftop was very nice. I would recommend another property if you are looking to swim in a pool. The breakfast buffet was small but the quality was good overall. The nice lady at the buffet always come and ask how many hardboiled eggs you would like and she always fulfilled our request. Very nice people.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Quiet location, very close to the beach, although not at the city centre. Breakfast options were rather limited and there were not enough tables.
