There are hidden rules that aren’t explained until you check-in.

The female employees were nice and tried their best The men on staff are very rude and deceitful. One male receptionist scammed me with a bogus charge and threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay. This was very scary being in a foreign country. I paid out of fear.

Location was great and amenities Weeds in the ocean made beach not useable

DO NOT STAY HERE. It is a very noisy hotel and extremely loud, noise can be heard from all over the place (booming music from both rooftop bar and on-site restaurant). I couldn't enjoy the rooftop or pool because of how loud the music was, plus there was barely any place under the shade. During seaweed season, smell is FOUL, couldn't even enjoy the balcony. The hotel does nothing to clean up the beach. Restaurant and rooftop bar are extremely overpriced. Ocean-facing rooms do not get echo from neighbouring clubs during the night, but they get extremely loud noise from rooftop and restaurant. THE DELUXE SUITE (THEIR MOS EXPENSIVE ROOM) OPENS STRAIGHT INTO THE ROOFTOP BAR, where anyone can enter, can see you, and you have zero privacy at what is supposedly a premium room. This room also faces the side of the street, and you can hear loud echos of all the neighboring clubs until 7AM, by which time the hotel staff gets the rooftop ready, and you hear everything. It also had cold water in the shower, and the bahtub would not fill up. The least relaxing vacations ever.

The location is great The pool needs repair and improvements

Very clean place and ideal location

The pool isn’t exactly a very happening party place which was fine with us but just saying , don’t expect massive pool parties. But it’s nice to have just to go and tan and have a drink or few.

Everything I had a jacuzzi room and o couldn’t use it because it didn’t heat up and that was my main reason for booking it
-
It was modern, nice roof top pool and bar. The rooms are beautiful, and right by the action. Na

I like that this property was right on the beach but also around the corner from 5th Ave. where all the restaurants and shops were accessible. Their rooftop was really nice with a beautiful view! The rooms were a great size, lots of space and closets space as well. Great A/C it was very comfortable and peaceful. I have no complaints

beautiful ocen front views, big room. double vanity. big bed they were SO stingy about the room cards, the coffee pods, the use of the pool (which lo and behold is not theirs, it's public, even though it's advertised as though it is theirs. The hot tub on the balcony, is NOT hot. beware, it's only cold water and they don't even blink an eye as though it was an error, it's just simply - cold. They have in and out rules like its a jail house. very unfotunate, the place is so beautiful, if only the rules allowed for hospitality instead of rationing small coffee pods, (that you re not allowed to get until around 1pm and only 2 allowed per day, even if you offer to buy them.) There are many small ways to make people few comfortable and at home and they sseemed to do the opposite of that to make ure everyone was following the rules rules rules (we followed all btw, bf and I are goodie two shoes types. Anyway, I will not return because the hospitality was so poor. Management - do better.

Excellent location and uniquely designed rooms Bathroom, shower area a bit awkward For the size of the hotel, small pool!

The rooftop bar was fantastic! Our room was also beautiful, with a great view. They were painting on the floor that we were on, it was noticeable the first couple of days, but got so bad that we were actually forced to change rooms because the paint smell was so bad.

The location was great. The staff were wonderful. Food at the restaurant was good. The room needs a little update. No phone in room. Had a coffee maker but did not supply coffee.. The pool area looked very tired ...not like the picture at all. Only 4 loungers.

Located in the heart of PDC two steps from the beach. The room was spacious comfortable mattress , large screen TV, very nice balcony . The sound of the toilet flushing in the neighboring suites made me feel like I was in some sort of a hostel . The management needs to fix this issue because starting 4 am whoever goes to the bathroom upstairs, or next door - I could hear the toilet working - I was in suite 208. It was very disturbing and annoying . Also please keep in mind that until midnight it is never quiet due to the fact that there are clubs with loud music at the corner , 15. Steps away. The rooftop is not appealing at all- couches are covered with some sort of a cheap fabric , some new modern Furniture could be a great addition . Take example from the Hyatt centric across the street please . As well - no storage room for the luggage. Zero. Check in starts at 3 pm - the luggage is being kept behind the check in counter - not safe, unappealing and totally odd. One more detail: you get a so called beach towel. It’s a piece of worn fabric which is not a towel at all. Please bring your own towel . Overpriced menu at the restaurant .

It was clean and close to the beach… It’s next to a dance club so the noice kept me up until they closed…

Love this hotel

I had an Oceanfront room on the third floor with a huge balcony that had a very large hot tub. The decor was one of the reasons I chose it. Ulta moden funky. The bar on the roof has a phenomenal view & drinks & food are great. The restaurant connected to the hotel had great food & the Bakehouse Cafe inside it had phenomenal croissants, comparable to those I had in France. You could sit inside or outside in the sand..at The Sandbar. They're umbrellas on each table. You're right in front of the ocean. It's beautiful & perfect if you don't have an ocean front room. The staff in restaurant were very friendly & a few spoke English. Rooms at the back of hotel are facing 5th Avenue and very noisy at night..so try for one in front or on side with a partial ocen view. It's 1/4 of a block to 5th Avenue. There's a pharmacy 2 doors down with water & other refrigerated drinks. There are several 7/11 shops on 5th Avenue & a Gelato shop every 100 ft. ? No complaints and I travel internationally frequently.
