We loved the small all inclusive because it was not overwhelming and you could walk to Playa del Carmen. The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. Food could have been better
-
They have the worst pillows on the bed
-
Most of the staff was nice and friendly. The mattresses are very hard, not comfortable at all, i woke up throughout the night with my back hurting and every morning my back hurt i had to take medicine. The food at the buffet is not very good, not my liking at least.

The shower did not drain the phone was broken the toilet never stop running . The seaweed was terrible so bad you could not swim in the beach. Everything but the hibachi the eggs at breakfast, the pineapple juice. Was terrible . They had no room service . They did not allow you to take food to your room nor even stuff from the snack bar . The beds was extremely hard. The pillows were lumpy and hard . The sales people as soon as you get to the resort trying to sale vacations was also a very unpleasant welcome The pool was nice but the smell from the mounds of seaweed made it to unpleasant to sit by the pool

Clean, it has really good architecture, it is clean, it’s organized The staff members werent always nice, some of them were really rude, we had to ask a lot for many things and took a quite of time to deliver the request, they need to improve the way they do restaurant reservations, also if its all inclusive and there are some exceptions they should informe before arrival or at the moment the customer is doing the reservation, when you pay an all inclusive you have in mind that ITS ALL INCLUSIVE no exceptions.

Everything was really good. I looked for and found.

pool and inclusive location of the resort, was not a inclusive resort that provided security and gated community. Bedding was horrible, mattress hard, pillows not comfortable. Food was ok not outstanding. Beach was not accessible due to seaweed and lack of space, sand as advertised. Seating at pool was limited. Location was not what it stated on the website. The travel staff was not helpful in planning day trips. The sales area for membership was forced on us.
-
Location and proximity to everything Nothing really … all good … took care of everything for one
-
Seaweed, plus the staff doesn’t understand English properly and they have ham or pork on everything very few food item they had for the Muslims or vegetarian
-
Great location and friendly staff. Facilities are dated and food is pretty bad
-
The location only . Everything. From the bad smell The mold everywhere The old rooms And the most important That they are trick the customers with the all inclusive, When we got there they suddenly said that it’s not all inclusive.
-
Our hotel room smelled like sewer.l and there was a lot of noice coming from the outside as the room was next to a service facilities entrance. We complained but nothing happened until the day before our last day (we stayed for 3 days/4 nights).

The towels had dirt marks on them, the sheets on it bed had bodily fluid stains, and there were stains on the comforter covering the bed that looked like dried blood, my daughter literally thought it was poop on the sheets. Disgusting! Do not stay at this hotel! We switched our stay to The Princess hotels which were lovely.

The location was great! The beds and pillows were like bricks. Worst sleeps I’ve ever had! The food had zero options for allergies, you had to pay more for premium bracelets to get things that’s should have been included at all incisive, they put me up in an amazing room the first night then told me I had to move rooms, that was night one, night two after I moved I had a couple walk in on me sleeping at 1am say this was their room. The staff said that never happened. Food had zero options for allergies so found myself leaving to go get food all the time and just spent more money, when I went a got groceries cause of my allergies they wouldn’t even let me take a fork!

The hotel is well located, close to Fifth Avenue, restaurants, and bars; the beach is beautiful and clean in the surrounding area. On the day of my arrival, I was charged an additional $800 for an alleged booking error with my reservation. I had problems with the air conditioning in my room, which I reported on the first day of my stay, and they took a long time to resolve the issue until the third day, when they moved me to another room. From then on, the management staff stopped being friendly to my wife and me, to the point of not even greeting us when they saw us pass by.

Great location to 5th avenue!!! It was very clean. Endless drinks is always nice. And the pool is amazing! Love the swim up bar. The restaurants were good. Our room was done perfectly every time we wanted it cleaned. Too many people trying to sell you stuff. The buffet was okay. Our beach in front of The Reef had too much seaweed, so you can’t swim and if you’re not used to the smell it’s kind of unpleasant.

pictures look great. that’s all. 1. staff isn’t kind at all, not helpful either. 2. AC stinks like poop at night. 3. food is expensive and not tasteful at all 4. half the swimming pool didn’t work and that was the reason we reserved. 5. a soda exploded during the night

Beautiful property, perfect location , far enough from very touristy and busy part of 5th Ave but still walkable to the other part and restaurants and attractions! The property is perfect size that gives a vibe of more intimate and boutique like style hotel . There was also very good variety of food to choose from at the all inclusive option .
