They should have more pools given the crowd that takes place

Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice view of the ocean. Bar staff was attentive. We arrived at 3:30 pm and the room wasn't ready until after 5:30 pm. The room AC was leaking and I had to request towels for the third person 2 nights in a row. They didn't leave shampoo-conditioner for 2 nights and when I requested it, gel shower was sent to the room. The food at the buffet was mediocre. Pancakes were gone by 9 am daily. A la carte Brazilian and Mexican restaurants were Ok, but service was slow. Entertainment exists, but it's repetitive. Wifi is weak and mainly worked at the lobby.

- Location, beach and pool were very pretty. - The food was easily the best part of this stay, it was really good but nothing crazy. No idea how they season the burgers but once we had a first taste they became our go-to. - If you’re looking for a calm, family-friendly experience, this will do. The resort completely dies after 1-2 AM, it’s really not trying to give a party or nightlife vibe. If you want any entertainment, the sports bar turns into a disco from 10pm-2am. The resort is also mostly dead until after 10am! Even the bars and towel centers are closed until that time. Most of the staff seemed tired or unhappy, which translated to poor service. They were much friendlier on our last day, but the first impression was disappointing. The resort claims to have 5 restaurants, but 2 of those are the buffet and snack bar. Of the 3 specialty restaurants, 2 were open on a Friday but only one was open on a Saturday?! The line for that was unbearable and we were shocked that they wouldn’t open at least 2 of the 3 specialty restaurants.

We don’t have to do reservations to go to a different restaurant also the swimming pool The beach also the disco

The food is so healthy, I like that everything is near. The beach was dirty but I supposed was because there was a little storm near.

The family room and VIP access was wonderful. Service and staff was wonderful treated us like family. We have been at this property may times in the past years. Love pool and beach access I was not thrilled with the food at all I’m American and can make better beans and choices were limited Also the WiFi not being in rooms was a big downer

The staff was really nice and helpfull. The club was fun and played good music until 1am. The shows and food was good. My only complain is how outdated the rooms are. My shower leaked and toilet didn't flush but the staff fix it right away. The AC is the room at night were good. Overall, id come back again they just need to update their utilities Outdated

Marion has good parking. I found a good spot for my vehicle. The bar tenders are very attentive and professional. The beach is very pleasant with little noise, or vendors. It was easy to get a chaise lounger on the beach. The food was fairly good overall. Room service was quiet and attentive. Checkout was quick and uneventful. During check-in I notified the staff that I requested a top floor. I wound up on the second floor. The building was physically the furthest from the beach. I was told that changing rooms was difficult. The Brazilian restaurant was above average, however, now that it is not by reservation, the quality has slipped. The nightly entertainment was a retread of old shows and only about 30 minutes long.

Nice clean place Love the workers It was low season

It wasn’t busy, you have the beach all to yourself. You have plenty of beach chairs. It’s outdated

Overall, our stay was enjoyable thanks to the friendly staff, the pool, the beach, the entertainment, and the food. We were disappointed to find a roach infestation under the TV stand (we killed about 6 roaches), as well as the strong smell of roach spray when we first entered the room. Additionally, the hallway lights were not working, which made it difficult to open our door and walk safely back after the evening entertainment. We recommend addressing the pest issues and considering an upgrade to the furniture.

the pool was the only thing this "all inclusive resort" had first thing was the customer service, dude was worried why i paid so cheap for the resort, the room were really outdated, AC was nice and cold first night but the sheet was the thinnest avaibale so not point of AC then we end up asking the cleanning lady and she request for better ones (cleanning lady was amazing), the crib requested was in a bad shape, the food was horrible my wife asked me if i chose a vegan ressort because no chicken no many options either, noticed they had taco/margarita day and probably was only for 20 people becuase the employees had to feed themselves after saying no to a few people. the kids show prize was a slap in the face for the parents because after the kid won the lady told them to ask for their prize next day at 3pm, and activities there were none.
