The food was amazing!! Its a 10 on food tge beach everything

The room cleanliness, the air conditioning was dirty and due to this we got allergy. The toilet was not working properly, the food was not good

The layout and ease of facility No elevator, wasn’t working, some staff not all rude

Outdoor spaces are awesome! Beautiful property and beautiful beach. Food in restaurants was good (we tried the Mexican) buffet was decent too. The rooms don’t need to be updated — but slightly better kept. (Wiping mirrors better, replacing very dinged up furniture, etc) this placed would be a 10/10 if you did that !!

The bathroom next to the principal pool was really dirty.

Swim out pool, amenities + about 90% of staff. Guest services inability and or lack of desire to accommodate a group of 9 for dinner reservation.

Front girl was attentive No towels called 4 times still didn’t get it, bathroom was leaking all over, bed was super hard

Clean property Very secure Great beach The staff trying to sell you timeshare or upgrades. That was annoying The food was not very creative The beach restaurant served only burgers and same boring sides and desserts

Nice location. Food great. Price ok Not many places to stay inside when it rains. Main pool area too noisy at night.

Good price , good taste of food. Need to be renewed!

Activity

I liked the Oregano restaurant. Customer service is bad, food is not great, nothing fun for kids, the kids place is aways closed, employees are always upset. Nothing fun to do, except for the pool, or if you find something to do outside the hotel. The people from the VIP they will take half of your day to try to get you in, and at the end they don’t want to talk about price. Just wasted my money and time, brought my kids and there’s nothing fun for them to do. The rooms were ok, my room the AC was dropping water everywhere and it was a mess, and the bathroom always smelled like poop. I feel bad for who ever comes here and waste their money and time. If you want to get ice scream you have to purchase it.

Ihave two beds they gave me one and charge more then that prize I got I got a room we to Bed in here whe I got there they gave me one bed and then charged more for that prize you gave me here Idont recommended it

I love the fact everyone is friendly and respectful also I love how they entertainments spots are set up. I had a great experience I think everything was fine.

Immaculate cleanliness!! Property is incredibly well kept. Buffet is lackluster, but both Lolita & Amicii restaurants were excellent. Waitstaff were very attentive in all locations. The beach is easily an 8/10 (gold sand, not fluffy white) and no seaweed at all. Playa Dorada “mall” is a 2min walk. Cigars & rum are less than 1/2 the price of the resort. NO BOOZE in pool area bar cocktails….and I mean **zero**. We should’ve been falling-down drunk from the 5-6oz free pours in our tumblers. Bartender conveniently couldn’t understand us when we pointed at the better liquors. I opted for beer after this, but my wife was really disappointed. All-inclusive my backside…..it was non-stop upsells for Elite club, cigars, romantic dinners, etc. Juan wouldn’t leave us alone even though we declined the Elite membership twice previously — we had to be very direct with him (rude, actually) for him to go away.
