The food at the hotel was bountiful and varied, the services were excellent, and the hotel was located in a good spot. That there was a confusion with the reservations when it was made with this website, it complicated a few things with my stay.

Had a great time. The hotel is clean, friendly staff. Good entertainment at the pool, plentiful beach side and pool side lounge chairs. Japanese and Mexican restaurants are very good. Good entertainment at all day long.

The water in the pool was hot, they allowed people’s behavior to be inappropriate. The AC were not working properly. The rooms were comfortable but not cold as it should be in 99 degree weather.

We couldn't go into the ocean as much as we wanted to. But thats because of the weather it was hurricane season so we couldn't enjoy the ocean like we wanted to.

Soccer goal on beach volley ball in pool Check in was so nice Too crowded everywhere especially buffet Security man stared at our balcony at night Lunch is short 1-3 pm only Bell guy didn’t bring our bags to the room or tell us where our room was just dropped us in between building and expected a tip. Kids club was cute but if the employees were more enthusiastic the kids might enjoy it more.. Pool is dirty full of hair and leaves etc. they should have a golf cart service that goes back and forth on the outside path to help guests get to the beach and or buffet. The app is terrible can’t make a reservation have to go to front desk to do it. No air vent in bathrooms gets hot when showering. And no clothing storage/closets for family of 4 to put away clothes. Waiters/waitresses are hard workers at the buffet dinner time only the restroom is by the dinner buffet are highly disgusting. There is urine all over the seats. Most of the toilets aren’t even flushed. They’re filled the toilet paper and feces and makes you wanna vomit everything you just ate. MOSQUITOES BRING SPRAYYYY

Only thing I disliked was that in the main buffet because everything was outdoors there would be fruit flies on the fruit
