It was my birthday this week and staff had gone out of their way to leave some lovely birthday gestures in the room ahead of my arrival. Nice touch!
-
The location and the facilities 2 out of 3 lifts were broken Breakfast was CHAOS with not enough staff and many things running out. The bar was poorly stocked as well
-
Staff refused to provide a Vat receipt saying this was down to Booking.com to provide-so how about it Booking.com can I have a Vat receipt so I can claim back 20% of the cost or are you going to keep that money that is mine by right?

Bed was sloping and too soft. One bath towel and one hand towel for two people. Sofa bed seat kept sliding out.

Breakfast good yet not hot. Room comfy, brilliant view, small shower room, few clothes hangers Dinner on top floor very good. Great Views. Friendly service Car Park lift out of action
-
Staff were good, bar area good but could get busy, and great location Breakfast was dear, local places 5 minute walk which was better in price and quality No drawers in the room, just a couple of open shelves , not great for underwear Parking is a nightmare, the car park has very low roofs and tight corners and uis expensive , Idid try it and found a parking space but would have blocked the car park as it was to small

Everything from start to finish, room very good size plenty of storage space, excellent breakfast, piping hot with very good quality produce. Nothing, last minute decision to Visit Weymouth, but will definitely book with Peter again.

Best breakfast view anywhere. Great location on the hoe. Clean, comfortable beds. Parking onsite is convenient Car park incredibly difficult to manoeuvre around, thought I was stuck at one point
-
Location and staff were fantastic We had a lovely room on 10th floor with great views but unfortunately the air con wasn’t working so even tho we were given two small fans it didn’t really cool the room much

Wonderful position on the Hoe. Breakfast first rate, and superbly organised. Staff efficient and friendly. Garage facilities expensive. The day we arrived two out of the three lifts were out of order, so the remaining one was slow and crowded. Two out of three available from second day.

Location to town and theatre. Homeless commune across a grassed area. Located in the old registry office. Vary wary for mine and my granddaughters safety On our approach to the hotel witnessed fighting between 3 men in a park:seated area not more than 200yds from hotel entrance, .

Very helpful staff at reception. Nothing

The hotel is very central and it is an easy walk to the main attraction. The breakfast was a little lack lustre. Lots of variety but some of it was a little dry. I think the pastries could with being better quality.
