Car park was next to the hotel and it gets locked at 11pm. There was a buzzer to get in to the hotel from the lower level. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and they had gluten free bread when I asked for it. Room was a bit small but for 1 adults and w children, it was fine. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location was good for my purposes and staff I interacted with were friendly. I was wakened at 2.50 am by someone banging on my door which was very concerning considering recent media reports of people having strangers enter the room in hotels. I therefore did not sleep much of my stay at all. The room was so hot with air conditioning being very poor. I was overcharged for a glass of wine at the bar so I chose to stop buying anything from the bar.

The staff on the front desk were lovely, the room was well sized and priced. We also appreciated the fresh water provided in reception. Nothing, the only thing that could have made the stay better was a cheaper price.
