Location was great For check-in, we had to wait around 15 minutes for a member of staff to assist us, as they were busy explaining the best places to visit in Plymouth to other guests. We had two large suitcases with us, so standing and waiting for that long was quite inconvenient and unpleasant. Secondly, there was an issue with the bathroom. The water would collect at the far end near the exit and did not drain properly. Finally, the roof made a very loud and unpleasant noise whenever it was windy, which was quite disturbing, especially at night.

Room was a good size, beds were comfortable and the area was very convenient- only a ten minute walk from the train station and city centre. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty, service was also great. Pool facilities were nice and free to use for guests. Breakfast was a little pricey at £15pp but everything tasted great and the service was amazing so not a massive let down.

The location is good and it's good value for money. We had issues with our room and the staff were brilliant and did everything they could to help us straight away. We booked the four poster bed room for the spa bath. The bath was broken and the jets didn't work. The staff were great and moved us room. Unfortunately this room didn't have the spa bath though, although looked like a nicer room. The staff did give us a free breakfast due to the move. The stay was good but we left a bit disappointed about the bath.
