Did not clean the room but every 3 days. Second day had to ask for clean towels. The 2nd key would not unlock the room. Could not shut off tv because it was an ordeal to get the remote to work

Property could use some updating, cleaning, and general maintenance. Staff was very pleasant.

I liked the location and price We got there at 4 and they couldn't find a clean room for us. At bedtime the hallways were so loud with people running and screaming, this went on for hours. Our pull our couch bed had no sheets or blankets so I had to go get all of that so we could use the "second" bed. That mattress needs to be changed. It is so thin.

I probably won’t come back as the pool area was dirty, anytime you went to the front desk nobody was there. They left a sign that they would be back in 10 minutes.

The tv in my room didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty, the main room wasn’t all that clean either. The room number across the hall from me was written in sharpie on the wall…check in want available on time…just a really poorly run hotel that they are clearly not investing any money in upkeep in…Will not be staying there again.

The hotel is not clean. Housekeeping is bad.

The motel is going down hill. The rooms were not clean and promised cleaning every three days did not happen.

Love the location. Love the express checkout. Never had an issue there from booking, stays etc. I book with this property pretty often.

Room only cleaned every three days, no grab bars in shower, no adjustment on shower head, sink almost clogged, no signal on TV, had to manually change TV to HDMI12 every time you turn TV on, very limited cold breakfast offered, front desk staff were helpful, professional, and courteous.

Terrible and disgusting hotel. Checked in @9:30pm and the book I booked was dirty, so they gave us a different room, the room they put us in we walked in and the bed wasn’t made and the dirty sheets were sitting on the TV stand, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Go to front desk to get a different room so they put us in another room, we walk in, okay cool this room is clean, bed is made. Bathroom looks clean, but come to find out the toilet doesn’t flush unless you tweak it. Annnd the TV doesn’t work. Made sure there was no sign of any bugs around. So we went to sleep, wake up in the am to get ready and there is used barsoap in the showers… what a stay. Was suppose to stay a couple nights but we checked out right away in the AM… WHAT A DISGUSTING PLACE!!!
