Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Plymouth

The ice machines were broke, the vending machines were empty. There are no door locks to get into the building, anyone can come in day or night. The staff was rude, the breakfast was garbage. There is broken bikes, grills, chairs, screens laying all over the property. No where to park because of all the construction trucks in the lot.

The hotel was very clean and the outside back patio was very nice we enjoyed sitting out there. The breakfast surprised me was a nice set up. The staff who work the breakfast area wasn't dressed to any professional status. Honestly they look like they just rolled out of bed and came back to the breakfast room cleaned up added some stuff and then left out of the area. But overall state was very welcoming and nice

Very clean hotel and pool

ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS POOL AND KID POOL.THEY NEED TO UPDATE KID POOL FLOOR AS COLOR IS PEELING OFF .IT IS UNSAFE FOR KIDDO. BREAKFAST IS WORST.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY POOR.MOST OF TIME THERE IS NOBODY IN FRONTDESK AND GUEST HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME BACK.OVERALL WE DIDNOT LIKE THE HOTEL.NOT COMING BACK AGAIN !!

Hot as hell in the building, AC in room did not work. AC in hallway not even plugged in, did not have a compatible plug in for the outlet right next to it. Phone in room was apparently just a prop as it was not connected to anything. Reaked of weed. Ceiling tiles missing, tiny double beds.

The kids had a great time with the pool.

Hotel has a weird smell, halls are very dirty. Checked into room 168 and has issues right away. Found a cockroach on the floor in front of the bathroom. The front door was jammed, had to slam up against it to get it to open. The sliding glass door facing the pool was broken. When trying to open it, it came off the tracks. Went to call the front desk about these issues but the phone in the room didn’t work (yes it was plugged in). The front desk lady came down with me so I could show her the issues and she agreed to refund the room so we could find a different hotel to stay at. I have photos of the cockroach. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of a manager to make sure they are aware the hotel has cockroaches but I can never get a hold of one nor do they call me back. I called headquarters, they put in a ticket for someone to call me back within a week but still have not received a call. I will be calling the health department next.

Location The grounds are disgraceful. The building is not locked. You can enter any door without a key card. Your air conditioning is old and spotty and no fan adjustable. And the continental breakfast is just terrible. No, real selection.

Room was filthy, broken, tattered curtains, soiled carpet, broken metal on dresser! Broken door for entry! Do NOT stay here!

Do NOT stay at this property! Poorly maintained: room carpet was stained, torn curtains, broken metal on dresser. Entry door on our wing did not work!

AC worked and beds not bad Too many things, fridge broken and not fixed. Ac filters were caked with dust. Entry Door light out, TV had to be reconfigured and hdmi in wrong port. Ice maker broken. Reported issues and the front person seemed confused since the maintenance person left, items never addressed during stay. Carpet throughout hotel extremely worn and peeling up. Hallway reeked of marijuana

The hotel and room was nicely cleaned, staff were great and nice, breakfast was awesome! The only things wrong were the showers were cold and the ice machines didn’t work. Otherwise it was good!

Very disappointed in the continental breakfast. Very few choices, no warm food.

Easy to find The deadbolt worked but the other lock was broken like it had been kicked in in the past. AC unit very loud, could hear everything going on either side of my room

Okay TV and coffee maker didn’t work.

Stayed two days and the room was very accommodating as to cleanliness and quality Air Conditioning. The shower worked well and all linen was available. If your a big man, you may have a bit of an issue with the style of some of the bathrooms and the sink leaves little style of countertop extending to close to flush to use the bathroom comfortably so I recommend always inspecting the room to ensure it accommodates all your needs. Also this hotel I stayed at only offered a better breakfast on the weekends to during the week you will have different types of cereal and you may or may not have milk to go with that. But as far as getting to take a good shower and comfortable bed and quality air conditioning to sleep well, it was great.
