Lesson learned. This was a bed and shower nothing more. I was a bit concerned that my automobile would not be there when I got up in the morning. There was NOONE at the front counter to check in, or check out.

The facility is madly outdated, there was construction going on without notice of disruption while you are trying to rest, when asked they said yes it will be about another 1 to 2 hours of knocking and pounding, which happened to be an additional 5 to 6 hours by the way. Continental Breakfast warm tray was empty and the space was untidy. The floor was full of debris by the room and the vent was coming apart. Was excited for the little getaway but disappointed with the accommodation, they may or may not have changed the linen as there was hair on the sheet under the blanket, there was no housekeeping until the day we were checking out is when they came and started knocking at 8am, then 9:30 and when i open the door she was all the way down the aisle. Even though at 8am i told housekeeping we are checking out today...

The pool My room had a lot of issues

***Buyer Beware--- The rules clearly state THE POOL IS FOR GUESTS ONLY. Which i thought was a bit strange. That being said. I really enjoyed my time we had a poolside room the only thing I would say is that access to the hot tub was really weird. You have to leave the pool area outside of a gate and then go inside of another gate to get to the hot tub so that was a little bit weird and it made it hard for parents with kids to enjoy Hot Tub Time because the kiddy pool area is so far away from the hot tub and there's a railing in the way.

Upon arrival, they didn’t have the rooms available that we booked. We had to put our suitcases on the floor trim in the midsole of the floor as it was sticking up 4 inches. The screws across the entire length of room were sticking up a good inch. The pool water was green/gray and could not see anything deeper than 6 inches. The hotel staff was rude when we asked what was going on. There was a man sleeping(?) at the bottom of the steps. Garbage everywhere. Honestly couldn’t tell the last time they vacuumed the floors.

It was so bad I didnt even stay in the room longer then 2 minutes. I left and found a new place to stay for the night.

Overall, our stay was quite disappointing and the property appears to be in need of significant maintenance and updating. The exterior of the hotel was unclean and did not feel particularly welcoming. We also noticed that the exterior doors did not appear to be locking properly, which raised concerns regarding security. The hallways were also dirty and appeared poorly maintained. We checked in around midnight and unfortunately experienced significant noise from children in a nearby room, which made it difficult to sleep. Inside our room, the furniture was very worn, there were holes in the walls, and the television had very limited channel options. The pillows were extremely large and firm, while the blankets were quite thin. The room was also set to heat when we arrived, despite our preference for a cooler temperature. To the hotel's credit, the room itself was reasonably clean considering the overall condition of the property, and the flooring appeared to be newer. However, the towels were noticeably yellowed and did not appear fresh. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, as we did not feel comfortable doing so after seeing the condition of the property.

The beds were comfortable It was dirty and the grounds surrounding the hotel were a mess. Overgrown, garbage, broken down trucks, broken umbrellas …

Nasty Trashy Unprofessional rooms bogus AC wasn’t working had to switch rooms sinks and tubs backed up never again

My stay was OK. The thing I didn't like was they charged me more for my dog than it stated on their sheet in our room. I wanted specify what was the charge and what was supposed to be according to their sheet but wasn't allowed here. They didn't wanted to hear about it or refund my money. And it's not Hilton that they are charging this much for a pet fee.

The beds were comfortable. But the air conditioner leaked all over the carpet. So your feet got wet whenever you went over by it. The phone did not work. And there was no hot water for the shower. Also there was hardly any channels on the TV to watch
