Comfort Inn Plymouth - Minneapolis

Unfortunately the pool was not working for our stay which is one reason we chose this location. They did allow us to swim at the hotel next door, it was just inconvenient and small.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

Nice stay for the price. Not great but nice. Breakfast is ok- good, very standard. Pool wasn't working which was a bummer. The next door hotel was kind enough to let us use the pool but it was very small and cold. Front desk guy was amazing!

Pool was closed, but they offered the ability to swim at the hotel across the parking lot.

Comfortable bed & pillows The breakfast was a mess on Saturday. No coffee cups, no coffee twice, no bananas on Sunday, hardly any bread, muffins, etc.., butter too cold to spread. There were a lot of people, but every time I went for something, it was empty. I wish there had been yogurt available.

Clean room and friendly staff. Fair price.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we really enjoyed the Lucky 13 grill and bar. Having the breakfast room in the morning was perfect to start our day off right.

Breakfast was decent

We always like a good breakfast & this one was very satisfactory.

We have booked this hotel before and we'll stay there again. The hot tub and pool were closed during our stay, but that didn't really matter.

It was excellent

A very nice budget friendly hotel.

Hot tub was out of order and the shower did not get very warm. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean

Spacious Quiet Clean Had an on-site bar and restaurant Nothing

We had three rooms in two nights. The front desk person at check in (Tammy?) was terrible. We had to call her out from the back room and it seemed like she had an attitude. She asked us "what do you want?". We're standing in a hotel lobby with suitcases. She assigned us a two queen room when we had reservations for a king room. When we went back down to the front desk, she said, "we ain't got none" without looking at the computer. After explaining that we stay there a quite often and showed her our reservation, she was able to find us a room. The room had a plunger next to the toilet and almost overflowed with nothing in it. Very disappointing. It was late, she wasn't helpful, so we stayed in the room. The next day a very helpful front desk gentleman got us into our third room where everything worked. The second night was a much better experience.

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool, hot tub & fitness center, good breakfast, kind & accommodating staff.

Parking out, but close

Upon arrival the receptionist at the front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t find my reservation and kept getting my name wrong. We weren’t informed about breakfast, or what time it started. We also weren’t informed about the pool and the pool hours. The hotel itself is outdated but was clean. The breakfast was decent. They served a variety of options hot and cold. The hot tub was nice as well as the pool.
