The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again.

Staff not available at front desk most of the time. Hotel is dated and rundown. We will not be returning.

The room was in the lowest level. Smelled musty and old. Carpet was filthy, behind toilet was gross! We have stayed at Crown Plaza many times and have always thought it was good. This was a big change. Yuk!!

This property is in a convenient location for my needs but is obviously a bit outdated. The staff was excellent and the food fairly priced and good (although I was disappointed several mornings that there weren’t any more English muffins or bagels). The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. However the toilet didn’t flush well and looked a bit nasty. With all that being said, I would likely stay there again for a business trip…just not a vacation.

Nice, quiet property. Pleasant front desk staff. Restaurant on site.

Extremely run down property. Pool was not working, paint chipping off everywhere, the wooden benches in sauna were all broken you can’t sit down, fitness equipment old and run down. Truly sad. Lack of upkeep… sure that at some point in time it was a great hotel.

Everything was except the parking lot was on the other side and there was no ramp. I had to pull my suitcase up and down the stairs.

The hotel staff were acomidating and helpfull. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the food was good

For someone who has issues with bending at my knees, the toilets in the room were way too low. I couldn’t sit on the one in my room without it causing me pain. I had to use the restroom near the lobby. Other than that one complaint. The staff were amazing and friendly. The food was on point, especially the pizza at the bar.

Everything. Great location. Plymouth creek athletic club for free. great rooms. Trails at your beckoning. What a place. I couldn't stay longer. When I get the chance I will go there for a month. Go Minnesotah. Oh ya you betcha.

Clean room and large property. The bar is a great place to hang out and lots of covered parking.

Overall a ok experience. Noticed there wasn’t any maintenance check done in my room prior to my arrival since there was a section without electricity. No microwave in the room which I found odd. Gym equipment were in ok condition.

The hotel was extremely dirty and run down.

Room was filthy and made me sick. Found mold growing behind peeling bathroom wallpaper. After I finally got to the only room they'd offer to switch me to, I found out they downgraded to a queen bedroom from a king without being informed or the price adjusted. As-of this review, they have yet to refund me the difference in price, or for the manager to respond to the mold, spiders, lack of cleanliness, foul room smell (embedded in carpet and curtains) that made my first and primary room during this stay uninhabitable and unsafe. They never had a disability accessible room available despite booking one with a roll-in shower for this stay and the next. I was repeatedly woken up by housekeeping coming in despite having a late checkout, and they came inside my room each time without waiting for a response and while I was sleeping. I did not feel safe. I need to be refunded the room difference. Why do they claim they'll make it right if your room isn't clean on the handout they give you at check-in, then write off customers when they have a room that's so dirty they can't even unpack their things? The refrigerator had black mold on the top shelf. Mini-frige did not have freezer as advertised in listing, and they wouldn't provide one with a freezer despite my medical need for one. I can't recommend this place to individuals, especially disabled ones or anyone with allergies. They must shampoo/replace their brown striped carpet rooms. They must treat everyone equal.

Staff was friendly and rooms are clean!

Room was filthy, had mold, strong mildew smell made me sick, & housekeeping clean. Had to clean shower, countertops, drawers, & tabletops myself. Stains and spatter on walls, baseboards, chair, recliner, ottoman, mini-fridge cabinet & light switches. Front desk staff didn't care, acted like I was being difficult. Was made so sick by mold infestation in room I couldn't function for days. Housekeeping entered my room hourly when I booked a late check out, waking me up after a night of insomnia. Repeatedly asked for management to resolve the issue or contact me — especially when they downgraded me to a queen from a king & didn't adjust the price — but they never did. Found mold behind the peeling wallpaper in bathroom right after I packed up to leave. Thermostat doesn't work. Could be a wonderful hotel if they made all rooms habitable & had housekeeping actually clean rooms. Front desk staff, other than one kind young woman, were quick to anger, roll their eyes, & blame guests for their "complaints." I've never had such a horrible experience at a hotel in my entire life. Not even at a Super 8. This hotel needs new ownership because it's being left to rot. They only care about large companies & conventions that book out the hotel for their events. Don't even try to hide their apathy for regular hotel guests. One employee literally laughed at my ADA Accomidation request, after not giving me the handicapped accessible room I booked. I was put in physical pain & humiliated.
