Need smart TV in the rooms

When I checked in, the front reception was not as helpful nor gave breakfast information when it was available. Customer service needs improvement.

Very clean, & well set out room, which was a good size. Conveniently located to near where I was working.
-
Friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms.

Breakfast: Not many options and out of all items to make a breakfast sandwich. 8am is when I was there... Pool had no clean towels - even though the front desk was told many times, no efforts were made to get us any towels until multiple people went to speak to them. They told us at first to use our room towels and I countered that we would then need more towels in our room so we should just get room towels at the desk? Then I was given one for 3 kids who were in the pool.... I said that's not going to work! So, they reluctantly gave us 3 towels. Pool area had a party or something taking up all of the patio - lots of unsupervised kids and very loud, not a relaxing experience for anyone... The room had the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard - sounded like a baby bird was stuck inside. Front desk issues at check in, seemed like the front desk was overwhelmed and unprepared. The hotel stay was expensive for what we got out of it... we won't be coming back to this location.

This hotel is fine if you need somewhere affordable to stay. The staff was friendly, but when I noticed there was no soap stocked in our room and the shower gel dispenser was empty, I asked the front desk for some, and they told me it would be stocked later that day. When we returned to the room, we learned they never brought it. The bedding was clean but the pillows smelled musty. There is little sound proofing so you hear everything anyone says in the hallway from your room.

Wasn’t very clean and bed was kind of outdated

Whenever playing hockey in the area, I always choose this hotel! Rooms are spacious, couch is comfortable, and the kitchen area is great!
-
The hotel is under exterior renovation but it did not affect the ability to enter and exit the building. The interior is extremely clean and well cared for. The room we were in was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean quiet and new. Up to the Hilton standards.

Overall, things were good. We were only there two nights, so didn’t need to do any cooking. I had leftovers from dinner out, however, and in placing them in the fridge, I discovered it was barely cool. Also affected was the freezer… I had freezer packs from my cooler that I placed in there, and they were completely thawed when I left.

This hotel was recently updated which is good. No more stinky dirty carpet. New carpet. Fresh/new wallpaper and furniture in rooms. It is a nice re-fresh.

Cleaned the rooms every other day. Slow WiFi. Room was nice. I like the full size fridge and dishes. The breakfast was terrible but it’s free. A little loud from the dogs barking

Parking especially late was difficult, mixup charged us twice and had to correct it the next day, room was ok but food from previous guests was left in the fridge and dirty dishes in the room dishwasher. Breakfast was slim for 8:45 on Saturday morning
