Friendly staff. Free parking. Location Shower was extremely stained.. not dirty but very old and needed to replace cubicle. Hot water to the room was tepid even after letting water run for 10 mins which isn’t ok in a drought. Couldn’t shower and wash hair properly so just a quick rinse. Fortunately only one night stay. Also informed on arrival no breakfast available as no chef so would arrange a refund with booking.com This meant finding breakfast elsewhere which we did easily but prior notice would be appreciated.

The property was in a good location. When we arrived we were checked in even before the room was finished for a new guest

Location is great.. very close to the Hoe. Staff were really friendly. Comfortable bed. No soap in the room at all.. when we asked reception we were told they’d run out and we could go to the shop at the end of the road! Booked with breakfast but told a couple of weeks before there wouldn’t be any. We were refunded for this though.

Excellent location close to sea and town and all ameneties. Hotel was really good value for money very clean and staff were very helpful. A lovely place to stay at an excellent price would def use again Nothing

room was terrible, covered in dust, not clean, with an old fan with rust, had not been tested for three years which made it a considerable safety issue. Creaky floorboards, I would stay away from this hotel like the plague. Absolutely nothing, I contacted the owners about my complaints and got no response back .

Lovely hotel right on the Hoe and great friendly staff, will be back next time we visit Plymouth The WiFi played up a little but we had good 5G so it didn't matter

The staff were very friendly No breakfast. Damage in the room. I understand the hotel is up for sale which is why there is a reluctance to spend any money on the upkeep

The location was excellent.The staff were really helpful. Room way too hot. No housekeeping came to clean the room, so had to ask for fresh towels.

All in all a nice hotel. The bed was comfy, the location was perfect and staff were polite. There was a desk fan but the room was boiling, the tap and shower had no pressure ( we didn’t bother using after we’d turned the shower on and saw the water trickle out….. very disappointed by this), the bar had very limited drinks and no snacks,
