We had a wonderful stay. The balcony was great to enjoy the amazing view, the daily breakfast was good, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We ate dinner there twice as well, great food.

At least ocean front breakfast was ok. The fact that we stay there but have to pay €5 for a towel a day per person.

Traffic to Split.

At the same time, Split is only about 12–15 minutes away by car (or a very scenic 30-minute drive along the coast road). Perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to all the history, restaurants, and nightlife of Split. The stuff is very polite and the views are amazing!

Rooms are old. Keys half the time don't work, always a hit and miss. Very veryyy expensive to eat there. Staff will try to rip you off, and seems not so happy with their jobs.

Parking in front of the hotel was full of local cars, so hard to find space as a guest. To reach the elevator, first you need to go with big suitcase 10 stairs up, very inconvenient for me!

The imdoor swimming pool is not heated.

Location was good. Unfriendly staff, not very helpful. Quality of breakfast could have been better, for example fresh orange juice not squash, coffee machines either not working or filled, even after asking the gentleman to fix the issue. Lights not working in the bedroom, bulbs missing, no mini bar. Sadly no coffee/tea making facilities which we expected in a four star hotel. Lots of ‘don’t’ rules.

It was fantastic to be at this hotel, the views were amazing, breakfast pretty good and the best part is that you have free coffee or any kind of hot drink all day long. There is this waterfront with a very nice path to walk through. Very good location and friendly and professional staff. Especially Daniela at the front desk, always with a warm smile.
