The service was also inconsistent. Some staff members were rude, and on several occasions requested services were not delivered. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a more honest and reliable experience for future guests.

No enforcement of security by beach and pool area . Guests of hotel share facilities with exterior people ,not exclusive!!

Overall the hotel had a fairly good ambience. The outdoor loungers in the shade were very nice. It was very crowded with a lot of people. Nonetheless things seem to move fairly well. The breakfast was just average.

Todo, gran staff y facilities

Beach and surrounds are amazing. Due to the proximity of the beach we did not use the pools or gym facilities. Staff engaging especially Gooster bar staff amazing. Impossible to get a spot on the beach as all day beds reserved early in the morning even when no one was at the beach. Day beds should be used and rotated when people are not at the beach.

Breakfast was great, service was excellent can't wait to come back I lost my walt the first night there & the bar gents working turned it in, I thought for sure I would never see my wallet again and that my whole trip would have been ruined but so thankful for your honest employees & handed both of them a tip

The beach was very nice, as well as the breakfast. I also think compared to other resorts in Croatia, this has good value for money. Not that it’s a problem pre se, but I do enjoy other resorts in Dubrovnik better, and I probably wouldn’t return to this one. There are other places with more pools and things to do.

We stayed last night before December shut down. It was a ghost town as expected. Custermer service in Spa was not very helpful but adequate.

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. The beach wasn't cleaned and was rocky (sharp gravel) until you are in the water to your waist. If you expect good service at your beach chair, your expectations won't be met, you'll find yourself forced to go to the outdoor bars yourself and forget about food service. Bar prices and food could be expensive, especially the outdoor bar if you drink anything other than beer. Pours of alcohol could be very light for the price and service overall at bar areas very, very slow. Like you have a server one minute and then they disappear. Forever. Lots of kids working for the summer seem to be constantly being trained, and we were there late July. Europe in general is a smoker's paradise and Le Meridien is no exception. The hotel is in pretty good shape (updated decor throughout) but it's old and can therefore be difficult to navigate down to the outdoor areas. Overall, what we got at this hotel is what you can get at a better three star hotel in Cancun for a quarter or third the price. Bottom line: You don't get what you pay for.

It is a bit dated but they were working on sprucing everything up before the main tourist season.

Beautiful views, lovely hotel & ammenities, great coastal paved path for running/walking! The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Old Town Split but Ubers are inexpensive and easy to get. :) nothing!
