Breakfast was nice! Staff was helpful and beach and chairs were nice! On booking.com. Searched for resort on coast and near downtown Split. And I would have thought "Hotel Split" would have actually been in Split and not a suburb called Podstrana which was 7 miles away from the heart of Split. It said 1.2 miles from downtown and it was not referring to Split but instead to the downtown of Podstrana. Very disappointing as cab fare was 50 EU each way!!! It was misleading

The beach is fantastic and I loved my balcony and room! The staff was very kind and helpful. I wished for an in site restaurant, but there were good options nearby

Great location on the beach and easy to get to from the city. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and well furnished.

Sea View was amazing! Clean, spacious room that had both a bath and a shower. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet and convenient. The staff were polite. The curtains didn’t block out the sunlight, so the room was very bright in the morning and it disturbed our sleep. The air conditioning was controlled by reception, which was inconvenient. Some amenities also weren’t working properly, the towel heater and the bathroom plug didn’t function. Additionally, there were no spoons provided in the room.

It was convenient and accommodated a family well. The room was hot, the temp control only goes down to 24 and has a hard setting to not go cooler, no point to have AC or advertise it. It was cooler in the hallway than the room. We almost opened to the hallway at night. Couldn’t open the door or the hall as it was not secured and Terrace was not private… it was shared (not as advertised)…

AC in each room is centrally managed by the reception. Soundproofing might be a little bit better.

Super clean and comfortable We heard the excuse a lot about it not being ‘high season’ so this meant when we asked for cocktails staff didn’t know how to make them and kept offering us beer and wine. A lot of different under skilled staff put on the bar at night. The staff were great and it’s not their fault. Maybe need more training and more staff on.

Modern hotel on the beach. Rooms spacious and comfortable with sea view Maybe cos it was off season but limited choice of drinks at the bar. We were supposed to get a 9% discount on food and drinks but this never materialised

Location good for us as we wanted beach time, but might be a bit far from Split for some. Hotel and views amazing, breakfast continental with choices. Very clean and staff very helpful I liked it all

Spacious room with wonderful seaview from the terrace. Clean and pretty quiet beach with clear water. Good bus connection to the centre (historical part and main bus station). Friendly staff.
