We loved the staff! They were really friendly and efficient. The location was phenomenal. We had a mountain view and there was nothing blocking the view. Restaurants are also really close. We ate three times at the Med 5 at the corner. Amazing momos, pizza, cheesecake and gelato. The breakfast at the Hotel Grand Holiday was delicious. I liked their coffee too. They also had a nice selection of books in their library. The value and experience were awesome. Not much of anything.

Great Value, Peaceful Stay, Amazing Views Loved our stay at Grand Holiday Hotel! The service was excellent—Nabaraj at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect: close to restaurants and shops but quiet and peaceful. The rooftop garden offered stunning views of the hills and lake. It had everything we needed: reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and private bathrooms. They even kept the mirror we had left behind from a previous visit—such thoughtful attention to detail! For the price, it was way beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

One duvet had some stains and the water in the shower wasn't always warm. In our room, there was a bucket collecting leaking water from the toilet flush box. The shower area was on the same level as the toilet so that the floor around the toilet remained wet for a long time.
