Location was very good. Facilities like swimming pool and spa were good. Staff were congenial in general. Was given a room that was smelling of cigarettes. Didn't provide alternatives. They said all they could do at that time was reduce the charges at the time of checkout. Finally reduced the charges by 300 INR only. It makes no sense to adjust after paying so much for the stay.

The location was right on lakeside and close to most things. Breakfast tasted good with a mixture of eastern and western food. A highlight of the hotel is the pool. The pool was clean, good for swimming laps and good for kids. When we arrived the hotel bathtub was not very clean. It was easily rinsed off but did not leave us wanting to take a nice bath. Thant being said the room was otherwise clean and spacious.

The locating was perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was exceptional!. They were so accommodating and helpful. They provided assistance with a side trip we took to Gandruk. They also held our luggage while we were in Gandruk for a night. They went above and beyond. Everything was wonderful!

The location was super nice, the nice view of Fewa lake. Food taste amazing I had almost all of my meals there. Staff was very friendly , helpful. I spent my new year there. It was awesome

Except for the location there’s nothing to be liked There is very limited parking, it is noisy, and the amenities are poor. The curtain also does not close all the way.

Perfect central place. Amazing 30m pool. Great large rooms Good breakfast buffet and very friendly and supportive staff. A great place to stay. Nothing, everything was perfect

The room and bedding were dirty and we had to request cleaning multiple times. Towels were not replaced. Staff were unresponsive to requests and questions.

Staff were incredible and so attentive. Pool is excellent and towels are provided, food is great and so are the drinks. Was made to feel very welcome and staff were willing to help where they could. It's very family friendly (I was there with friends who had children) and they couldn't do enough to help. The pool side rooms are great if you have kids. Very clean and room serviced daily. The deluxe room was a little dated and the bathroom could do with some upgrades but when I said there was a problem, staff were really quick to sort it out for me.

Nice and calm space. Good restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms feel old and certainly need renovations.

Lack of organization, they offered 10% or 15% discount on food, but the information never shared efficiently throw the staffs. The workers at the restaurant seemed ignorant. Water leaks in the room probably from upstairs upon check-in.

Location and behavior of all the staffs. A bit understaffed, after 11 pm room service is done by the security staff only and slow.

it's a cozy and neat clean room with good ac. Nice hot shower. A little balcony. The best part is the view on the balcony. You can see sunset over the mountain by the lake. Breakfast was good enoughm nice restaurant set. Clean dinning hall. Nothing.
