The manager was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I asked about booking a guide for a trek I wanted to do and he helped organize one and made sure everything went well. He also allowed me to check in early and moved my room due to my concern about construction (this is everywhere right now) but the room he gave me was peaceful and perfect! The location is also great! A short walk to the main road and great restaurants close by! Everything was great! Like anyplace in Nepal, most hotels, don’t have elevators. This was okay for me, but heads up:)

The location was great. The personal was really kind. I was first at a tiny room and it was really hot and the fan was too noisy. Then I moved to a new room and it was much more comfortable. Nothing

Damu, hotel manager, is very friendly and cheerful, and helped me to get bus tickets. Hotel is nice, clean, room was spacious, good wifi. Balcony was small facing kinder garden and some construction side. On other side big window with hills views. Good quality for this price. I would come back again. Thanks Damu again.

I stayed here before. And I liked so much at the time that I came back. That showed that I liked all: the staff, the place, the location, the breakfast, the views, just all. I didn't like that I couldn't stay long enough !

Location of the hotel and staff at the reception.. Washroom was not up to the mark as the light and toilet shower was not working..

The North Face Inn is my favourite place to stay in Pokhara. I love absolutely everything about it: the location that is not far from the lake but in a quiet alley; nice rooms and comfortable sitting areas; exceptional cleanliness; a lovely garden; welcoming staff. Sorry, if it sounds like a promotion but my review is real, I am just a guest who stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times. When I stayed there for the first time 13 years ago, it was only a 2-storey building, now it has 5 storeys. The owner does renovations every year, so the place is maintained well. You won't find any dusty nooks. Provided the low price, it is a real value for money. Earlier, the owners managed the place themselves, and staying with them was like being a part of a family, now they moved but they have got a nice administrator who seems on his duty 24 hours, always smiles, and is ready to help. The entrance with private parking for our motorbikes was very convenient. Nice gardens and a very welcome & greeting. The staff are simply incredible. Rooms clean and spacious and the terrace was large with great views. N/A

The rooms were nice and tidy. The uncle at the front is very helpful and caring. Our stay was very good.

Literally the best hotel I stayed in Nepal!!! Lovely and quiet (only noise was as I was on top floor,the outside set of stairs clang any time anyone walks on them-this is unavoidable though) clean room,great location-very nice airy property and open. The owner is the most lovely genuine man,I can’t emphasise enough how fantastic and helpful he was!! And he gave me two of his guavas ??? also-owner when we were talking outside the rooms,lowered his voice bc people were sleeping-in all my time here I’ve never ever seen Nepalese people acknowledge people are sleeping etc so be quieter-he is the first,and I was impressed and appreciated it ❤️ Nothing bad,everything is fantastic ?

Damu is the friendliest manager I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond, looking after my stuff while I was away and helping me find someone to fix my bag. The room was clean, a great mattress and I had a wonderful night sleep. Best basic budget hotel. I loved it so much that I extended my stay. Many thanks Nothing

Wonderful stay, you’re welcomed in the best way possible. They are always here to help you if you need. The room as spacious, clean and beds are good. I kept on extending my stay as I felt great at The North Face Inn and in Pokhara. Thank you to the team for this wonderful stay, I will be back soon??✨

The manager is such a nice and friendly person. We felt very welcome. Our room was clean and nice. We had a clean bathroom with a hot shower which was amazing ☺️ we would definitely recommend the North face inn and we’ll come back soon.
