The hotel is in a great location. Modern and lovely decor . Facilities good . Nothing .

Highlight was location and staff! We came for a biking trip and were recommended to stay at Port de Pollenca. After seeing both towns, we were so happy to be in Pollenca Proper. Evening walks were so enjoyable and the hotel was a prime location not only for dining out each evening and walking around, but also for biking in and out through the island. The staff was great and treated us to cava upon our first evening, and daily breakfast was fresh with many options; perfect for our bike rides! Not much to say about dislikes here. If anything, the pillows were narrow and long, very different from any American-style pillow. And our first day, we didn’t understand why our thermostat turned off. We soon realized we left a window open. Otherwise, extremely comfortable and lovely stay! We are already talking about a possible return!

Very helpful staffs. Clean and modern room. Good fresh made breakfast. Parking is a bit far away. 10 minutes walking. With luggage it could be annoying. And the parking area is unpaved so it can get nasty in bad weather. But it’s nothing to blame on the hotel.

Location was great, A/C was great and for being right on the square they do a very good job with sound, never had an issue with all the festivities. The way the bathroom is set up-toilets and showers are visible to the beds, awkward. Some rooms are extremely small.

Excellent location. Comfortable room and we loved the hot tub on our terrace. Very nice rooftop terrace too. Staff was very helpful and informative.

Good situation, clean and an excellent breakfast. It also had a receptionist present 24/7 The see through bathroom walls

Stuff super friendly and accommodating

Loved location and the huge bed was very comfortable. We ended up with the room that opened up onto the shared terrace which wasn’t ideal as couldn’t really relax with the doors open as other people were on the terrace. Some noise from construction next door.

The hotel is ideally situated on the main square in Pollença. Amazing service, beautiful suite with private hot tub. Quiet and calm, but with the bustle of the square on our doorstep. We loved everything about the hotel. I just wish we’d stayed longer!

Excellent location on the main square. Easy access to the restaurants and shops of the old town. Sunday market was on our doorstep. Bus station 5 minutes away. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money breakfast. The hot version was egg based only with the option of bacon, but was very tasty. We were not notified prior to our stay that there was going to be extensive building work (use of a crane) being carried out. This was noisy at times andi It meant we could not make best use of opening the very large windows that looked into the square.

We have stayed a number of times over the years, lovely centrally located hotel, rooftop terrace is a bonus. Staff are all lovely and helpful, cosy room, quiet, with comfortable bed. We didn't book bed / breakfast but in the end we had breakfast at the hotel, good array of food, and again lovely staff, at a very reasonable cost. No complaints at all, thanks to all for making our stay so pleasant ? N/A

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location, right in the center of Pollensa. Extremely kind staff and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.
