Good location A complimentary bottle of water would have been nice instead of an empty fridge!! Tea and coffee facilities with a kettle would have sealed the deal!!

Walking into the room, the sun was shining through the window and we were delighted. Tastefully and subtly decorated, it was a great size room for two people to stay very comfortably. Juan was a brilliant host, with good advice and recommendations, always polite and friendly. The jacuzzi on the roof was icing on the cake, looking at the sun set over the mountains and listening to the church bells. There was tea and coffee available in the reception area as well as a water dispenser. Nothing really.

Everything was perfect! One of the best places I've ever stayed at. What a beautiful hotel! The location was amazing. Literally on the main square of Pollenca. I opened my window every morning to that beautiful, picturesque view of the town and the mountain. How stunning! The room was spotlessly cleaned. I loved it. If I ever go back to Mallorca, I'll definitely rebook it. Muchas gracias! You made our holiday even better! Nada! Everything was perfect! Muchas gracias!!

Excellent position, and well looked after historic hotel No breakfast available because the chef was ill. Given a voucher for cafe next door. Voucher €12 bought one cup of coffee orange juice and a croissant or small baguette with ham and cheese. Extra cup of coffee cost more. Conclusion poor value breakfast with no choice

The parking lot is a little tricky to find with all the one way streets in the historic center, not an uncommon problem in old towns.
