I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Desbrull. After arriving during a week of very warm temperatures, I was especially grateful to find my room already cooled with the air conditioning running. The room was spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. The location is delightful, directly across from the park and within easy walking distance of the beautiful 365 Calvari Steps. I loved climbing the stairs and taking time to reflect while enjoying the lovely views they offer. Breakfast each morning was excellent. I especially appreciated the attentive and caring service from the housekeepers, Moriah and Francia. Francia kindly prepared gluten-free yogurt with fresh fruit instead of cereal, and I enjoyed the delicious avocado, salmon, eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, and freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. One of the unexpected joys of my stay was the friendly atmosphere among the guests. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed visiting with people and sharing pleasant conversations during breakfast. It truly added to the experience. There was live music in the park on Saturday evening, which created a festive atmosphere, and everything became quiet again by about 10:30 p.m., allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, Hotel Desbrull is a peaceful and charming oasis with attentive staff, an excellent location, and thoughtful touches that made me feel genuinely cared for. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Pollença.

Excellent location, close to town centre and buses. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast. No view but that’s the trade-off for a great location by the old town.

Location was great, check-in instructions were easy, room was comfortable and super clean, though being street side with the street lights was a little problematic, heavier drapes would help there. I greatly appreciated the bath tub after ten days of travel and mostly showers. Ten minutes in a hot bath = heaven! Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this “self serve” hotel if staying in Pollença! Light-blocking drapes for the street-facing windows.

Beautiful and charming little hotel in a lovely location with delicious breakfast (homemade jams).

The location was superb, just around the corner from the city center and restaurants. Breakfast was also very nice. The overall feeling is ok. We could not sleep well. Motorbikes were speeding by the window, so we had to close the window. The airflow was missing and the A/C was not helping since it was set to heat the room by default and could not be switched to the cooling mode.

Great little hotel in Pollença! Although it was no major inconvenience, there are no staff on the property for the majority of the day. Check in and check out is done on your own.

Stayed here while cycling in Mallorca. Fantastic place to stay

Great position, very clean, good size room, very large comfortable bed No one on site apart from the morning. We didn’t have any issues but if we had there was no one present at the hotel to talk to

Incredible breakfast

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the town but close to the main Plaça. The breakfast is good. Everything is very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a generous size with plenty of storage surface . The safety deposit box was easy to use. The plug in the bathroom sink allows water to escape, probably because of calcium deposits, but not a big problem.
