Great location, staff was super helpful & friendly, turndown service was so nice (restocked teas & water), beautiful hotel The restaurant in the hotel was a little disappointing, not bad but had high expectations for the breakfast & it was just okay.

Bedroom was small and the lighting was very poor. All the door (external and internal) were very heavy and difficult for an elderly couple to open.

Everything about the hotel was super comfortable, clean and had a beautiful aesthetic. We were there during a heat wave and especially appreciated the strong AC! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful too. The pool area could use an extra umbrella or two. We were there during a heat wave where the tempreature was higher than 90 degrees every day, so there were a few afternoons where we would have liked to spend time at the pool but opted to relax in the room because the shady spots at the pool were occupied.

It was subtlety elegant. Just so lovely. Everything about the place was absolutely super - the decor, the staff (a big shoutout to Krasi, Joseph & Hayden) & the food. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone traveling to Pollença or their sister hotels in Palma.

Very pretty hotel, in a very nice town. Also very good breakfast Value for money was too expensive,, the hotel does not have services or additional spaces to make for the tariff requested. Also, breakfast was very good but don’t think it’s worth 35€.

Fantastic hotel: Beautiful rooms and pool area. Delicious but healthy breakfast. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Had an excellent massage. Overall a great experience.

It was such an amazing stay! One of the best hotels I have been to in the past years. And my husband and I travelled a lot. The staff is incredible, but also their sustainability, the location, the breakfast, the decorations... all so comfortable! nothing

Loved the place the style, the rooms and the decor The staff were super helpful - striking a perfect balance - attentive but not intrusive. We ate in one evening and the restaurant served brilliant fresh ingredients. For anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable base to explore the island, Can Aulí provides a solid option with good service and quality dining. Hard to find fault -hence I guess all the positive reviews.
