The location was near Pollenca's city center. I was a bit disappointed upon my check-in with the room which didn't look like the pictures. I upgraded to a better room (for an additional cost). The room was a bit worn with some water damage on the fabrics. Driving in Pollenca was a challenge and google maps sent me down some very narrow, white knuckled roads. I ended up parking a 10-min walk outside of the town.

The hotel is nestled in the heart of Pollenca where one can enjoy the tranquility of the gardens and the pool alongside a great restaurant. The rooms are of a high standard and there is nothing that's too much trouble for staff.we had a wonderful week.

Good location in a beautiful little town. The room was a little small, the bath room built in..but we had a nice view of the garden and were woken by the sunrise. We slept very well..so all in all a good stay. Wasn't that convinced by the restaurant.

Excellent location not far from the main square, and easy to walk to bus stop for public transport to other towns. Garden was ideal for relaxing in during the afternoon after walking or cycling. Plenty of choice for breakfast which had some different selections every day (we stayed 4 nights). Dinner at restaurant was also excellent with plenty of choice and assistance with deciding what to eat.

Staying at Son San Jordi is a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful; with historic features, fine paintings and sculptures everywhere you look. My room was very comfortable, every need is met, the bed was luxurious and there was also a day bed, a fridge, a spotlessly clean and stylish en-suite. This is a home, the family who run the hotel and are very friendly and helpful making it feel home from home. There is a wide selection of treats for breakfast, which was delicious. I also used the wellness spa - jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - very good and well worth doing. I would highly recommend a stay at this special place, in the beautiful setting of Pollenca town.

This is a lovely hotel. The building and gardens have been beautifully designed, keeping the period detail but making it very comfortable. The staff were delightful and welcoming as it is a family run hotel, so it feels personal. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the breakfast was outstanding. So much choice, with very healthy options.
