the bar team by the pool were very kind and chatty. They also made fantastic drinks! The male staff member and the petite lady at the spa were very kind and great at their jobs. I left a full review on google however in a nutshell i don't believe this hotel warrants 5 star rating. The spa is in desperate need of a face lift, the hotel reception team are incompetent. They wouldn't take the hold on the card as payment so i "over-paid" to receive the hold on the card back circa 9 days later. When we raised our concerns at the property they were met with rude comments. And 22 euros for a toastie and chips is ridiculous. Don't get me wrong the area is expensive but there was no finesse it was just dumped on the plate, no side salad and no cutlery.

Beautiful location, pool was amazing, breakfast incredible, room was lovely. There was no kettle or coffee machine despite big fridge and kitchenette. And no where to get coffee before 8am. Non English speaking trying to order room service, was so hard we didn’t end up ordering.

Loved the bulgari toiletries, lovely touch. The whole resort is amazing. Gardens and balconies are well kept. Big rooms and very comfortable beds. Spa on site for groceries. I thought it was very exspensive for drinks and food , £22 and £30 for toasties. No salads or much choice.

Location, many good restaurants and shops. Very very bad wifi connection. The system never works for me and many other clients that a met there. Just put a simple system with a good area coverage.

Breakfast was good. We took a 2 bedroom villa and it was spacious. Good parking. Room and furniture outdated. Sofas and curtains has stains on them. Doesn’t feel clean at all! Furniture is really old. Bathroom is old and has malfunction! Cleaning is bad, sometimes they forget to put towels or tissue. No bathrobe in room. This is merely a 2 star hotel! Everything here is chargeable and they seem to find any excuse to suck money out of you. Staff have no knowledge of anything here, they always “need to ask” to get answers! Kids club is chargeable and doesn’t open until 6pm and you have to book it in advance. We asked for a babysitter in the room, the reception lady gave us a list of the prices per hour, but then when she booked us a babysitter, the charge was higher than the list!!! She said because it was “short notice”! Internet is bad and slow! Really bad service and attitude from hotel staff. We will never return again.

Perfect organization and welcoming staff that was available for whatever we needed. Nothing, we even got a room upgrade for my birthday, with flowers and a birthday cake !

The hotel is beautiful located in a lovely part of the island. The room we stayed in had a smell as if it hadn't been stayed in in quite a while which was a real shame considering we booked the hotel because of its quality and rating. The hotel itself is very expensive for drinks etc. The location definitely requires a car for access, otherwise you will not be able to explore the island.

Incredible breakfast, pool, free spa services and great room. Some issues with our room key that took a while to sort out. We weren’t made aware of parking situation and took some time to get our car out of the car park. Overall, staff not always attentive or of assistance. However, some staff were excellent.
