front desk staff was very good and the view was good. Room was old and tired, no couch to sit on. Humidity in the room was bad. Lack of a decent breakfast or a restaurant to have breakfast in. Parking and having to use an attendant was annoying but I believe this is done all over the city. Lack of planning on the city's part, I doubt if I would ever go back to Pompano Beach again.

No maid service unless you request it. No towels unless you request them. Continental breakfast is in a box on request. There are 2 elevators - both broke during our stay. The first one we were trapped in with no ac in Florida in August for about 15 minutes. The second one we were able to exit and walk down 5 flights of stairs. The price is good but beware. It attracts an element of guests that seemed sketchy. Our last night there, a woman laid on the floor of the hallway and kicked the door of her room for over an hour. The police had to be called bc her boyfriend had locked her out. 🙄. This went on until 1 am. The staff were very nice but they are not working with much.

Not really to thrilled with this hotel. Its a solid 2 star. The rooms are very outdated breakfast is not free you actually pay for it like everything else for a 2 star hotel. nothing like the photos shown. We travel a lot and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately we won't come back here.we will stick with Hilton

The building is dated, rooms were dated,Resturant food was excellent, prices for food and drink were a little extreme. Staff was very nice. When you went outside and then came back inside building you could smell a smell like sulphur or sewage. Not a pleasant smell. Rooms and hotel were clean.

The place was very clean and the room was spacious. The restaurant/bar downstairs was good, I ate there. I would say manage your expectations. Great location, Clean, just not modern once you get to the rooms.

Food was excellent! Great location and very friendly staff.

Location was good. Good view. Good location for where I needed to be for work. Very dated and shabby room. Aircon was so noisy, sleep was not an option. But it was too hot not to have the aircon on. Valet parking was a wait time of 20 minutes, so if wanting to travel anywhere by car, it wasn't worth the wait. Breakfast was not included even though it was paid for. A dry croissant was offered on departure.

Great location near everything. The staff was wonderful. Spacious room and very clean

The hotel charges a resort fee that you are unaware of until you check in. They only have a small pool area and no hot tub. I didn't even use the small pool. Also the drinks at the bar are way too expensive

Location on intercostal waterway was very nice. Easy to find from highway and close to many things to do. The Staff was nice and very friendly. The continental breakfast and coffee offered in the lobby was a nice bonus! The property was not like the posted pictures. It was tired and older. The AC units were old, loud and put heat out on the balcony. The plastic window coverings were from the 80’s and didn’t block the light. The king bed mattress was indented and old. The balcony and outdoor walkways need repainted. The furniture on the balconies needs replaced. The pool had algae issues. The shower’s were old and small but it was nice that shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were offered.

Only stayed one night and it was good enough.

The elevators both broke while we were there but luckily we were only on the 3rd floor, not 7th. The valet parking is mandatory except between the hours of 11pm and 8am. The morning breakfasts were included and was enough to fill you up, nothing gourmet but had variety and was filling. The pool and dockside bar were beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant was a bit expensive but also beautifully renovated with a good menu. Lastly, the staff were wonderful. Prompt and friendly, their attitudes made a difference for my stay

It’s a great location and waterfront restaurant, food is so yummy and the view is amazing. But it’s sort of a party hotel if you don’t mind the noise. My next door neighbors were really loud the first night , but second night is much better. I ll still come back to this great location !
