The location, it says it’s two steps from the ruins, but it’s also right next to the train line and road, making it super noisy at night!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed staying in such a cozy place, where you can feel the authentic Neapolitan charm in the air. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the ancient city of Pompeii. But without a doubt, the highlight of the stay was the warmth of the hosts, who not only make you feel at home but also go out of their way to help you make the most of your trip. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff, small hostel, not very equipped but in general, decent room, located 10m walk from the train

Large room, good location.

the hosts were so so lovely, minimal english but used online translators. It was very peaceful and comfortable. Location is absolutely amazing, and the security of the complex is good. I really enjoyed my stay here, the hosts are so so lovely - cannot stress this enough there was a sitting area out-side but the seats were dusty and not really kept but i don’t even know if that was apart of the complex or if it was one of the complexes area

Very good

This is a good location close to the train station and the ruins. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice, and helpful during my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large enough to enjoy time sitting outside. At the price point, it was a good value and comfortable stay. As a few other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms were a little dated. However, it was functional and clean.

Nothing 1. No Fast Boil Electric Water Kettle. All the other places we stayed in while in Europe had one. 2. Virtually impossible to find. Luckily the person who manages the place lived in the complex and guided us to the property. Even My cousin from Guarcino couldn't find it to meet up with us. 3. Mold on shower tile and the bottom of shower curtain. 4. There is a microwave and it was unplugged when we got there. We were going to heat something up THEN FOUND there was no place to plug it in. No available plugs in the kitchen or behind the fold out couch so it was useless. 5. There is only one real bed. The others were fold out couches that were EXTREMELY unconcorterorable. 6. There are no easily accessible plugs to charge your devices. I had to use the bathroom one. Every other place we stayed had one by the bed 7. There is a washer but no dryer or drying rack. All the other places we stayed at had a heated drying rack. Also the get at the washer you had to remove a wooden cabinet like box that was a little heavy so we didn't bother

the property owner was such a nice man. we had a problem with our room and he switched us to a new room no charge. he also drove us to the train station and would not accept a tip.

I soent 5 nights here and generally enjoyed my stay. The location was a short walk from the entrance to the ruins, the train station and the bus to Vesuvius. The air con in the room was wonderful and the view of vesuvius was as as expected. Being able to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine was welcome. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. The noise from the traffic was constant and loud as the location is next to the freeway/motorway exit. The noise was an issue at times when the balcony doors were open. Fortunately the double glased balcony doors shut the noise out well and I was able to sleep without earplugs without any problem. The bathroom was a little tired as far as decor goes but is was very clean so it wasn't an issue. On checkout I waited 30 minutes and no staff attended the reception. I had to phone the number and the owner arrived in his car, very appologetic for my wait. I needed them to phone a taxi for me to take me to the train station but the owner was nice enough to take me himself and helped me with my baggage. I would be happy to stay here again as I did enjoy my stay there.

Good value for money, and the location was perfect for being able to walk to Pompeii, which was what we wanted.
-
The location was close to everything important and almost literally two steps from the ruins. The room was clean and had plenty of space and the staff were quite lovely. The shower drainage was bad and looked to almost flood every time it was used. UNIVERSAL KEYS!! at 2am one night someone unlocked and walked into our room. She realised quickly and left but after that it was incredibly difficult to feel safe given that anyone who stays there can get into your room.

The staff was so kind and attentive! The place is charming and clean. The location was great, 10 min walk from the ruins and restaurant area. We really enjoyed our stay here, it felt pretty homey.
-
Room nicely decorated B&B without breakfast, not even as extra. Staff not helpful and most of the time the reception was empty. Room was ok, but no facilities for a coffee/tea or alternatively a mini bar.

Virtually two steps from Pompei...or at least a 3 minute walk. Kind staff who offered me free parking also during my visit to the ruins after check-out. Nice apartment with kitchen good ac and warm, clean shower. Great value. The neighbourhood is all about Pompei. Not much to do apart from that, just a few pizzerias and a bingojoint. Supermarkets are close by though.

The property had parking and it was within 5 minute walk to the ruins. It also had air conditioning that works really good. Staff were nice and accommodating. The beds were horrible. You could feel every spring.
-
Great location of the appartment-near the train station and the entrance to Pompeii, the bus stop to go to Vesuvius, supermarket etc. There are some restaurants and cafes too. We booked the room but We got the appartment with kitchen and balcony. We were delighted. The apartment was at the busy road but the windows were soundproof. We loved the place that was spacious with a comfortable bed. Highly recommended place.

My only complaint is that check in is listed as from 12-20:00. When I arrived about 13:30, despite receiving a message in the morning saying they looked forward to having me the reception was closed and they did not respond to any messages sent on booking. Eventually another person staying there showed me the back entrance which is always unlocked, and said that they had been told checkin was from 14:00-20:00. I sat around and waited until almost 15:00 when the person came to check me in. I did not have much else to do for the day, but if I had had other plans I might have been upset. I would have been happy to communicate my expected arrival time etc. to avoid sitting around had the property asked for it.
