Close, 5 min walk to gates of Pompei excavation site tour. Room accommodated family of six. Staff was friendly. Rooms met our cleanliness standards. Properly advertised a garden room for sitting , drinks which we thought we’d use based on our one night stay. But it was not usable / construction happening , not as seen in pictures. Rooms were smaller than we thought. Setting up 2 single beds in doorway area meant passing through a 1 foot space.

Disappointing

Best thing was proximity to Pompeii entrance and nearby restaurants and bakery Uncomfortable beds, loud train station nearby. Definitely not 65m sq- more like 40. No full walls or doors for interior space. Limited privacy.

It was very close to the Pompeii entrance where we had a tour early the next morning. We wanted to store our luggage and shower after the (very hot!) ruins tour, before flying out of Naples that night. The location worked perfectly for this. The location to ruins, room air conditioning, fridge were all very good. Staff were friendly and helpful booking us an airport transfer. The room itself was a bit dated and stale. I think a previous visitor had smoked in the room. Was better after opening the windows - though not ideal on a swelteringly hot July day. For the convenience and a 1-2 night stay, it was perfectly fine and priced accordingly. We paid for 2 days (though only stayed 24 hours). We would have taken the option of a 'day rate' if that was an option.

Fantastic location for Pompei with parking. Friendly check-in, they waited up for us when our flight was late landing. Pillows were pretty hard. Other than that this was a brilliant stay.

Great position near the train station and entrance to Pompei. Staff were really helpful. We were abe to leave baggage before and after checkout..

Great location, accomodation was clean, host was very kind and responsive. There are very few windows - no sunlight.

The staff was amazing, and the location to pompeii historic site. The staff allowed us to store our luggage until we could check-in and moved our luggage to our room for us. The staff were also very attentive and responded to every question we had. I give the staff 10 stars ? The hotel walls were disgusting. Hand prints of who knows what, everywhere. The couch had stains. The shower leaked all over the bathroom, and the cleanliness of the shower stall was poor. The roof was falling in the bathroom. The shower head would not stay up, so we had to prop a towel in there to take a shower. The reviews I read about the hotel are not correct anymore. I do not recommend staying here.

Location and staff Bedding

Incredibly close to Pompeii Scavi train station and to the entrance of Pompeii ruins. You can easily get to Sorrento, Naples from here by train. Good for a short stay, there is a café next to the apartment with great breakfast options. The apartment should be cleaned a lot more. We booked an apartment for 3 people as it was described as having 2 bedrooms; however one of the bedrooms' wall did not reach the ceiling while the other one's only had a curtain door. Not much privacy. This should have been mentioned or shown on the pictures.

It is very well located, the staff is super attentive. I highly recommend it.
