One-night reservation for a music event in the Pompeii Amphitheatre. The hotel is located very close to the the Pompeii Scavi train station and the archaeological site. The girl at check-in was kind and helpful, and so was the guy who answers the what's app number in case you need anything after hours. The bed was comfortable and the choice of pillows great, both soft and harder ones. The room featured a very big restroom, which means that the rest of the room was disproportionately small. The toilet did not have a plastic seat, so it was quite difficult to use. No natural light comes into the room, the window's curtain is unreachable, you cannot open it. There is noise from the road outside.

No drinking water anywhere, amending listed in room were not included(mini fridge) when we need refrigeration for travel, unpleasant staff, windows to loud road, tried to charge us extra for things

Great staff, great location, brand new clean rooms A little noisy at night. Bring earplugs and it’ll do the trick!

Good location near entrance to Pompei ruins very clean, strong wifi, good breakfast if you get there early. In general, good value for the price. The only way to get upstairs is by a circular stairway which has insufficient hand rails. It felt dangerous going up or down. Although the hotel is near the Pompei entrance, it was hard to find initially. Hairdryer had to be replaced and getting an extra blanket was a hassle.

Map to local restaurants. Really hard to find any. Also warn everyone about pick pockets. They're everywhere. Cleaned me out of all my cash, credit cards and ID. Beware! Beware!

I left the hotel 30 minutes after arrival. There was no water to drink and no breakfast as advertised. The desk was not responsive. The room was dark, and I had to go outside (it was supposed to rain) to open the door. I asked for the payment I had made to be refunded. They said no. And Booking didn't answer me since I paid my staying directly to Booking Nothing! There was nothing to like. I decided to leave immediately so I could enjoy my trip in a decent and good hotel. This is the reason I left 30 minutes after arrival without a refund. I wrote to Booking to request a refund for the five paid days and received no response. T

There was nothing I liked! From the beginning the code to park my car in the yard didn't work and I told the two people at the reception. I also told them that we were leaving at 05:00 AM Our stay ended in a shocking and unacceptable experience. Between 5:10 and 6:30AM, our entire family was trapped inside the property against our will, as the main gate code did not work. We could open the door to our room and the building, but the gate to exit the hotel courtyard remained locked, preventing us from leaving. There was no staff present, and no one answered any of the listed phone numbers, including the one marked as emergency contact. Out of desperation, we even called 113 (Carabinieri). Eventually, a passer-by helped us climb over the fence to escape. This situation means that we were unlawfully detained without any reason or warning, which is a serious violation under international law and basic human rights. Because of this, we missed our flight, suffered significant stress, and had additional expenses. This incident shows a complete lack of safety measures and responsibility. We strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this property and ensure that no other guests experience such a dangerous and unacceptable situation.

When I arrived I was informed that my reservation had been upgraded to a deluxe suite at no additional charge. An amazing value for the price. Wonderful rain shower. Super comfy king bed. Great quiet AC. With full kitchen with sink, washer, stove and refrigerator. Housekeeping even washed my dishes for me! I extended my stay for an additional night after a long day at the ruins, and really I was so comfortable I didn't want to leave! GREAT staff! Helpful, kind and generous with suggestions and directions. Just a brief walk up the hill behind the hotel to the Pompei Ruins. - Only a 20min walk to the largest shopping mall in Southern Italy with lots of great food choices! I can HIGHLY recommend this hotel! I'll definitely stay here again! - FIVE STARS!!! I have no real complaints. — Perhaps an in room Espresso machine would have made it perfect! ;-)

Extremely close to entrance of Pompeii! Staff was helpful and friendly. Some strange floor plans for the rooms. We had a room with two queen beds, a kitchen, and a shower with glass walls so that anyone else in the room can see into the shower. I have no idea why they went with the design choice since it forced everyone to leave if the person showering wasn’t comfortable baring all. In our other room the AC was so loud we tried to sleep with the window open instead but Pompeii in July beat us and we closed the window and turned on the AC.

Location - just few steps from Pompei historical site and street with good restaurant opened at night. Nothing

Friendly staff, and good location The shower drain was a little bit slow

Very nice b and b. No cool air. It was miserable. They suggested we open the window. ???The only window was in the bedroom with a busy street with an overhead train. The man at the front desk could not have been bothered with us. The next morning, the delightful young lady at the front desk showed us the breakfast room & called us a taxi to the cruise port. Quote us 90 Euros from a phone call to a taxi. The taxi driver took us to the airport and €135 later after telling her no we’re supposed to be at the cruise port I had the uncomfortable place of informing her. I would not pay €135. A gentleman came along that was part of the taxi situation agreed that I should not have to pay the one €135. I paid the lady €90 for the trip and gave her a €20 tip which I thought was very fair. Too much drama!! No A/C and the attitude of the older man at the desk.

The train was audibly nearby but was not overwhelming and we lost power a few times however, they were all under a minute.

The Location for Pompei is unbelievable. 5 minutes. Right behind the Hotel. They have limited Parking out front. The Breakfast was good. And the Coffee. Staff were all Lovely. The only Negative is a bit Noisy at Night From Road noise. But didn’t bother us.

The location is perfect to meet our guide of the Archaeological site at Pompeii. Very modern hotel and an easy walk to a very good restaurant. The room was very clean and super modern. Unfortunately the HVAC system in the room did not work properly and in spite of the staff helping us adjust the thermostat the heat in the room continued to rise to 27.7*C (82*F) It was cooler outside than in. While opening the window to cool off the room, let the traffic noise in. You could have noisy and cooler, or quiet and hot, not great for a good night's sleep. Sadly there is also a strong smell of sewage in the hallway. Another note the hot water is reduced at night so that if you are an early riser there will not be hot water until after 0800.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Good location for Pompeii Ruins entry, although long walk to downtown. The room I had was windowless, except for a skylight, which made it somewhat gloomy. No water kettle in room, although hot water provided at reception. No “do not disturb” sign.

Great location for the Pompeii Ruins. We was Abi ur a 20 minute walk from the actual town centre so don’t be put off if you don’t feel there’s much around the hotel, the location near the ruins is perfect. The staff were excellent. Our plug adapters were wrong and the reception brought us one and also decorated the room for my girlfriend’s birthday. The bed was slightly hard but it seems the norm in Italy.
