What a convenient location! You step off the train from Naples and it’s right there. Check in, quick shower and you’re a new person. Breakfast is a real bargain and right across the parking lot for a quick bite before heading down the hill to the ruins. Staff was great, very helpful. Bring some snacks in your bag because everything in immediate vicinity closes really early and it’s a little bit of a walk to nearest food at the end of a long day.

It was right across the street from a main entrance to Pompeii. The included breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfy with a nice bathroom. WiFi was not strong at all unless you were close to the reception area. The A/C in my room wasn’t strong either and also was stuck at 23 degrees (Celsius). It wouldn’t go any lower.

The bed was very comfy! Breakfast time was overwhelming. Price is way over priced for what is offered!

The washing machine has bad water smell probably because the door had been closed for a long time.

The property is in the perfect location to visit the Pompei. The room is good value for them money although a little noisy with the train. The breakfast was basic but good.

The hotel it's self was in a good place near the ancient ruins of Pompoii. We were moved to a different hotel it was quite far away and took a car to go there because of that I booked the family room. And the parking spot was in the middle of now where it ended up quite scary at night. The breakfast place required us to drive all the way to go to the original hotel. It takes about 10min by a car. Also many parts of the hotel could probably have improvements, such as making the bunk bed sturdier and upgrading the bathrooms. The bathroom has a smell for a sewer line, so we had to keep close a sliding door for the bathroom. The bunker bed had not a fixed frame, so it is easily tilted. Be carful to fall down your kids when they are moving to the upstair.

Close to Pompei entrance and train station. The recent reno’s are all hard surfaced and with no insulation you hear *every* sound. The bathroom counter, sink, and floor had not been cleaned; bed linens are merely laid on top of the mattresses with no mattress pad, so you wake up on the bare mattress and tangled in the sheets; no smoke alarms (wires poking through ceiling with no devices installed in the room or public areas); free wifi worked for 10 minutes our first morning then not again during our 3 day stay. We let the front desk know; nothing changed, so there was actually no wifi.

Not much choice especially fruit. The selling point is good sea view from any part of the hotel.

Great location and good breakfast.

Location is great if you are going to Pompeii but the entrance is on the opposite end of where you are staying. The orange trees are lovely and the room is nice. The train is close by and some nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast nook is in a cedar building which was really cool. Just having to go to the other side of Pompeii to enter.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Great room. Great value.. Right next door the Pompeii ruins. Train, bus, taxi and food within walking distance. Could not reach the free oranges in the trees without a ladder... ?

November 2025, stayed 3 nites. All the staff was very helpful and had answers to all questions. Room was clean and comfortable. Entrance to the ruins was right there. Train station was a 6 minute walk. Taxis were also available by the train station. Bathroom was a tad small but not enough to take away the 10 rating. WiFi was off and on, but that’s seems to be common thru out Italy. Breakfast was a typical Italian one. Lighting was on the dim side but also not bad enough.

Everything Nothing

I never slept in a such narrow bed. The mattress is very hard and so uncomfortable. Little tiny room. All night there was a noise like loud running water. There is NO GARDEN! Just a view to the parking lot! We booked for a queen bed but got the 2 tiny beds. This place is only good because of the location. Breakfast ok.

When we arrived and checked in the guy that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, he couldnt have been better. The location was excellent right next to the train station that allowed us to plan travel easily. Staff throughout the week were lovely and helpful , provided us a kettle and tea during our stay. A lovely rooom and balcony so no complaints. Ther bar and restaurant complex closes too early around six and if you want somrthing to eat or drink after this you have to go to the town centre nearly 2k way. Staff here not nearly as friendly as in the hotel part.
