Absolutely everything. The location is perfect, the area is really quiet and safe at night and during the day just has the normal movement of tourists going to see the ruins. The breakfast was amazing, the room was always cleaned deeply every day and smelled amazing, and the staff was beyond nice and friendly. N/A

Spotlessly clean, extremely friendly, helpful staff, large comfortable room with a large terrace, large bathroom with rain head shower, fantastic breakfast included, great location next to Pompeii entrance and 7 minute walk from train station.

A sleepy town, a delightful, simple hotel/restaurant/cafe. It reminded me, perhaps of staying in a saloon in an old west town. Restaurant was delicious. Staff was sweet. The elevator didn’t work, but it didn’t matter, they changed our room instantly to the ground floor.

The location was great for visiting Pompeii ruins, but for little else--there isn't much around in terms of dining or other excursions. It is close to a train line, which is nice, and it's perfect if you're looking to just visit Pompeii.

We felt like this place was a hidden gem! The interior has been completely remodeled and has keep some of the original charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our room and it was a delicious way to start the day. We had dinner there 2 nights, 1 night pizza, 1 night pasta. Was very good! If you are going on any tours of Pompeii it is steps to where you meet your guide. I would highly recommend this hotel! Nothing - loved everything about it!

The rooms have been updated which is nice. It’s very old inside, the parking offered was in the back where the staff parks and our car was blocked in , the next morning we had to wait for the staff member to come and move their car
