Easy to find, simple check in process, the room was clean, linens and sheets were unscented!!! Coffee was good, location was close to the Pompei ruins and a large grocery store right across the street. Traffic was noisy, wifi was unusable most of the time, walls very thin, breakfast was only sugar garbage, kitchen facilities were less than basic, they advised a oven, not existent, cleaning staff yelled on the phone while cleaning every morning.

Really good location with 10 min walking distance to the pompej archeological park, train station and a lot of restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to reach and we were able to enter our room before the check in time, which was really nice. The room was clean and everything necessary was there. Unfortunately the bathroom had a lot of mold. The shower did not feel clean due to the mold even tho it was cleaned properly. The breakfast that was included could not be called a breakfast. It is a small Kitchen with some plastic packed supermarket croissants and a supermarket cake they put there the day before. Some Muesli is the best there is. That’s all there is. The coffee machine was not really working or we did not know how. It works with cheap coffee pads that you have to put in. Anyways it was super bad watery coffee and the Maschine did not seem clean so we decided not to drink it. In Italy you would expect more. Additionally the owner did not allow us to Store our bags for a few more hours after check out even tho the apartment has big common rooms, I think he just did not want to make the effort to let us into the apartment again to fetch the bags.

Close to the tourist attractions. Very good internet connection. Comfortable bed. We found the choice of breakfast to be very poor, food that had been out for the duration of our stay. No hot water facilities to make a hot drink. The coffee machine had no instructions on how to use. We went out to local cafe for our breakfast. Rooms in need of repairs.

Everything was good. The air conditioning didn't work properly.

Shared kitchen was great. Room comfortable. There was always hot water. There was a boxed cake, long life croissants or flakes for breakfast but no milk. Some mould in the shower.

Good location Really need a kettle to make tea

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a spacious kitchen area with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee machine, as well as breakfast items, coffee, and tea. The apartment was well-decorated, featuring a large balcony with an incredible view of the mountains. Nearby, there was a supermarket, and the railway station was approximately a 7-minute walk away. Despite being close to a road, it was not noisy. The building area was secure and locked for safety. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the Pompeii Museum. --

Great location for gking to Pompeii ruins. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and from train station. Instructions for coffee machine would be good. Breakfast fairly basic but as we expected.

The location was great, and the price for what you got was reasonable. The kitchen although very limited in size, does give you the option of making your own meals which was nice. The breakfast was just some slightly stale cakes with prepackaged croissants and chocolate cake. The room lacked things like hooks to hang towels from and the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone. With earplugs it was manageable, but there was still some noise.

The location is ideal, 15 min walk from the train station and the Pompeii ruins. The host was friendly and easy to reach when we had a question. The shared kitchen was also a nice added bonus and we were able to save on restaurant bills by buying and preparing some food for ourselves. We had a great stay at B&B Arena!

Close to Pompei National park and city centre. Supermarket across the street and secure parking. Easy check in and responsive owner and lady that looks free property. I would just suggest to have hand soap in the rooms and being regularly replenished.explain better use of fridge to customers so they don’t take or use other people’s food. Otherwise no complaints.
