Wonderful place to stay in Pompeii! The manager is very kind and quick to help with any special requests and provide recommendations. He even looked up train times for me and sent me screenshots. Nothing really. It's about a 20 minute easy walk from the ruins at Pompeii.

Everything was great!

The staff was so nice and incredibly accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the beds and especially the pillows were so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! I especially loved the hotel dog, Dea! She was the sweetest!

The property was easy to find and just a short walk from the town square where most restaurants, bars and shopping is located. Very quiet location. Self-service laundromat is just around the corner. We found this place through a last-minute booking during our road trip, feeling quite tired — and what an amazing choice it turned out to be! The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The owner is incredibly attentive, caring, and truly listens to his guests — a real added value that makes all the difference. Every moment spent here was a real pleasure. Don’t hesitate — book it, you won’t regret it!

Being fair we are from USA and neighborhoods that look like this we drive away. We realize that looks are deceiving. We called him saying we were lost. He immediately gave us directions and he waved to us from the balcony and showed us inside. He was very friendly and helpful. We decided immediately to book a 2nd night! It was upstairs. No elevator, but easy to climb (I'm 77 elevators are helpful). The apartment has 4 rooms, each with its own modern bathroom. It has a hair dryer, a plus for my wife. Nice size room with plenty of leg room. The kitchenette does have coffee and a microwave. No sink or running water. We did manage to make a few meals so we were satisfied. When the rooms are comfortable and the host is as friendly as he was we always try to stay longer if the room is available. We stayed 4 days!

Great location, comfortable rooms and a lovely reception area with complimentary teas and coffee. They had a display board with drawings and letters which was beautiful and added a new dimension to the place. Very receptive staff that were always willing to help. Catello was fantastic. The mattress was a bit sunk in. We had lots of trouble using the keys, we found it to be very very fiddly for us foreigners, and ended up waiting for a local to come and help us get in to the apartment. Can be very noisy in the morning, as it is located right next to a primary school. Also up flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues or big luggage I would reconsider if you can’t manage stairs.

Clean bed Poor location, no breakfast-just a dirty coffee machine and paper cups. Staff banged in our door early to ask us to leave. It smells like cigarettes. Mold in the shower

Owner is super friendly.... easy communication...value for money... nice and clean room...highly recomended.... walking distance to the Pompei Ruins...

Exceptional

The host was very nice and was ready to receive us at the planned schedule. The rooms were very cozy, with cute sea decoration. Both the rooms and the toilet were very clean, spacious and quiet. The location is also amazing - it's close to the ruins entrance and there's even a small market nearby - so if you want, you can buy there some snacks for your visit to the ruins! We couldn't be more happy with this experience! Nothing.
