This property is located right next to the city’s center. It was exceptionally clean, had all utilities you could need, breakfast, and a balcony. Our host Gianluca was very welcoming, responsive, and was there for anything we needed! I highly recommend staying here!

It could've been better if we had stayed longer :)

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The cleanliness and how easy it was to check in.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

It was very comfortable and a lovely property in the center of Pompeii. It is located within walking distance of the ruins and great spots to eat. There was nothing I did not like.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The weather was very hot, but that wasn't anything the host could control! The room was comfortable after 30 minutes, so honestly no complaints.

Luca the host pulled out all the stops to make our 3night stay in Pompeii a relaxed and memorable stay. The room had a great view of Vesuvius which completed the magic. The b&b was easy to find, instructions were clear and we were in perfect location for the Amphitheatre gate in and out of Pompeii, plus very nice restaurant area. Nothing to not like !

Good location and the owner was was responsive and friendly Find a parking space and driving in the narrow streets was extremely difficult

Location was great for pottering around pompeii town and very close to the eastern most entry to the ruins. Don't listen to anyone saying this entry is for groups, single entries are taken here as are groups. The piazza close to the hotel has some excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner. The B&B was very clean and Luca was so attentive, such a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. If you like comfort and ease, book this place. Thank you Luca.

Space in the breakfast area and cleanliness

We loved Luca, who got in touch early on to make sure we were set for things like parking, and even helped us reserve a space in a nearby garage operated by a friend. It was as though once you stepped into Luca's circle you became a full part of it. Breakfast was great, and Luca is correct: he makes the best cappuccino in all of Italy! This is TRULY minor. The B&B is located near the Piazza Anfiteatro gate to the archeological park, not the main gate at Porto Marino, which is where most tours start, including ours. Porto Marino, though, was a lovely 15-20 min. walk over tree-shaded mosaic sidewalks, so we hardly suffered. We exited at Piazza Anfiteatro, and walked all of 5 min. to lunch in the Civico 29 neighborhood.

Breakfast was the best of any place we stayed on our trip to Italy! The location and access are exceptional and we ended up extending our stay here and traveling from Civico 29, using it as our home base while touring Campania for the majority of our stay. Luca is the best host we’ve ever had at a B&B and is very helpful in learning how the trains work in the area! Pompei was the friendliest city we found on our trip and Luca was the best part of it. Any time we think of our trip to Italy, he will come to mind! We came as travelers and left as friends, you couldn’t ask for a better experience!

it was clean. Automatic access , downstairs, was difficult to understand. No reception. We simply took a random key / room . Staff available at rudimentary breakfast . But not so friendly. Parking nearby was OK but closes in the afternoon and night.

Breakfast was simple, tasted wonderful, and kept us both from being hungry until dinner. The room was exceptionally clean, easy to get to and very close to the Pompeii ruins. The location is very close to the town square and offers easy access to services, several nice restaurants and daily/nightly access to the passagare around town. We WILL be staying here again.

We had a lovely two night stay. The host is a joy to talk to and we found everything accommodating and comfortable :)

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Luca is very professional he gave us all the info about the place 2days ahead, we were having an excursion on the same day of our arrival so we asked to arrive 3hrs earlier and he was nice to prepare the room for us, also he gave us useful advise on how to navigate the city. His positive attitude and smile made our stay really special. Furthermore, the hotel is very clean and well organized, near the archeological site and the train station, so a perfect position to explore the city. Nothing

Our host, Luca, was so very kind, genuine, helpful and went above and beyond. We came in from the Veneto region and were looking to visit Pompeii, Vesuvius, etc. He guided us, made sure we knew where we were going and/or facilitated transport when needed! Breakfast was great: typical Italian breakfast with espresso drinks, juices, yogurt, croissants, toast, jams, honey and butter. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed for our stay and it was quiet, even within the city. We had a lovely stay and Luca personalized our needs, with care and love.

As fas as B$Bs go, this is as good as it gets. It has everything you need, room is quite new and clean, check-in was very easy. Room size is ok by Italian standards, I guess. Very convenient location, close to the city center. Parking (paid) is only a few tens of meters away. Luca is a great host, very friendly and helpful. All in all, it is very good value for money. No complaints at all (and I’m not easy to please)

The location was perfect for us. The room was comfortable and adorable. The breakfast was very nice. And Luca was a gem! He made self check-in very easy. He checked on us when we were running late (and even asked if we needed a ride!). We had great conversation over breakfast and he helped us plan our day and travel. We are grateful to have found such a nice place and would definitely return.
