Hotel Maiuri

I liked that they had free parking. We really liked the room and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and it had a great shower. The breakfast was good and the ladies in the dining area were wonderful sweet ladies who made everything about breakfast special. Give them a raise. Two things I did not like completely. I thought the front desk staff could be sweeter. I found Italian front desk people more cold and distant than I am used to in my travels. I have been to 32 countries and I think Italian front desk people are the coldest and aloof. I found this place no different. The ladies in the kitchen should train the front desk people on how to smile and be sweet. The other thing I didn’t like and I think should be illegal for hotels to do is to list that Toiletries are included and then to find those little bottles of shampoo and body soap. Certainly not enough for two people to shower. I am glad to see many hotels are moving away from these little things and really providing bottles of soap and shampoo on the wall, and some even include conditioner

Was not able to go to hotel ,gave them plenty of notice .. but would not refund Stole our deposit and had to pay even though fss as it notice given our trip was cancelled due to health reasons

Great location with a very nice breakfast! Had a view of Mt. Vesuvius from our room, easy to find, easy parking and very comfortable room. But the best part were the staff!! Front desk young men, Alex & ? were very kind, helpful and professional. As well as the ladies serving breakfast & making our espresso in the mornings. Will be back!! nothing

Property was very nice for the money, new and clean. Room was good sized, bathroom comfortable. Travelled with a friend and we requested 2 beds, and staff was speedy to accommodate us. Staff was delightful and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Location was good, but since our tour of Pompeii was at the other end of the Archeological site, we had to make taxi arrangements to take us there. Staff helped us of course, but taxi was pricey. Downtown was walking distance though, picturesque and with very nice restaurants. We had a great time.

The staff were exceptionally good! The breakfast was really good as well. The room was clean and very nice. The location was a bit far from the ruins, but the hotel was fantastic in arranging a driver for us

This was our second stay at Hotel Maiuri Pompeii, and once again, it proved to be the perfect choice—especially after our long drive from Messina, Sicily to Rome. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, with a special thanks to Andrea, who went above and beyond to assist us both times. The hotel is clean, the breakfast offers a generous spread, and the free parking is an absolute gem. Highly recommended! Nothing

Warm and welcoming reception with friendly, always-smiling staff who are eager to assist. The hotel is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the town and the archaeological sites of the Pompeii ruins. A highly recommended stay! None
