The location close to the station and its proximity to Mont St Michel It was dated . The restaurant was not open. Breakfast was not worth 13.50 as choices limited . Although the bath has an attached shower there was no shower curtain or any means to fix it to the wall so it was not possible to have a shower . Towels were cheap small and thin The heating had been turned off for the season so when we arrived back from a very rainy trip to the Mont we had no means to warm up or dry our clothes. The hotel is very overpriced for what is available

The stay in Ariane Hotel and spa was amazing. The staff was welcoming and very warm and cordial, as well as helpful. Loved the location - I don’t think there could be a more suitable spot for someone traveling by train and bus to and from Le Mont. i enjoyed a wonderful breakfast - great bar - thank you again Messr Philippe - and just superb inside and out. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Loved it! Thank you!! Martin K I can’t think of anything :)

Very good choice for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing personnel. Easy street parking. Absolutely delicious breakfast so make sure you pay for it!. Beds were comfy. Daily make up of room. Property is extremely old. There are no showers just a tub and hand held device. Owner was kind enough to give us a handicap room so we had a shower.

A wonderfully romantic place within short walking distance to both the train station and the bus that leaves every 15 minutes for Mont Saint Michel.

No air conditioning, no fan, no freezer… super hot room even during night… maybe for the winter is good but for summer was awful!

The food is very good. The area is very clean. The person works in dinning area is a nice person.

Conveniently located very near Pontorson train station. The room is spacious & very cozy. I also appreciate that you can close/open the window shutters outside for blackout. Bed is really comfortable & the room has a cable tv with English channels. Breakfast was really good. I agree with some of the comments here about the shower situation. While I appreciate having a bathtub, I prefer a proper enclosed shower area because you need to hold the telephone shower & you have to be careful when showering. Otherwise, you’ll end up with a very wet bathroom. Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Mont Saint Michel.

The location is great, we stayed here ahead of visiting Mont St Michel, there was secure parking, the hotel was a bit dimly lit, the bathroom had a tiny bath with a shower head but no holder and the bathroom plug didn’t work so it was hard to bath. The breakfast wasn’t up to much, expensive for the what you get, I really wouldn’t bother. I asked for cereal without nuts as I have an allergy but the hostess didn’t assist. It was okay but I wouldn’t return.

Location to train and bus Breakfast was good No tea making facilities in room Very narrow and dark stair access. Lift was broken and taking luggage down in poorly lit narrow steps that wind down was dangerous

The property was very clean and excellent location in the town The room door didn’t lock properly, the shower had no curtains
