Very good and fulfills all our needs Nothing

Staff support is excellent, the supply of clean towels is great, and parking is good. The complex is not far from the city center, yet it offers wonderful peace and quiet. You can enjoy unforgettable walks towards the Green Lagoon and, in the other direction, towards the city center. Climbing the stairs back from the beach is exhausting—especially if you are carrying something (which is unavoidable)—and having to go up and down at least twice a day, plus heading out in the evening, makes the location a real burden. Secondly, I disliked the fact that they want to charge a fee to use the safe for keeping your documents and money secure; after all, cleaning and maintenance staff enter the room daily (and it is in the owner's own interest to ensure nothing goes missing). Everywhere else, the in-room safe is provided to guests free of charge. Here, they want to charge a daily fee—it would be like charging for the use of the fridge in the apartment ?. That sort of thing might have been done 30 years ago, but nobody does it today, and it is a disgrace for this nice resort.

The location is perfect, the staff are amazing, the room is clean and lovely

Also good for sporting out. Very small bathroom. You could hardly enter and close the door. Crowded rooms, too much furniture.

The badroom is a little old

The appartment was really large, 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms, nice and clean I would recomment upgrad of A/C units, they work but are old and noisy :)

Needs renovation

The studio was spacious, well equipped including air conditioning, kitchen and nice terrace with birds and squirrels. It was relatively quiet concerning the size of the apartment village. The reception, the cleaning staff were all kind and helpful. The place has many clean beaches in few minutes distance. The old town is a bit far from the location, nevertheless there is water taxi/ dotto available. Also, there were many stairs I had to climb in the village.

How big the apartment was. The architecture of the hotel was beautifully designed Unfortunately everything were closed. It was off season (Ironman 70.3) so no restaurants near the hotel were opened. We had to go to the city centre

Location Nice green resort Very small apartment, there was a small coffe table and chairs in the living room which filled all the space, which made impossible to properly use the living.

The property was like a USA 1970s time share set up. The accommodation included everything we needed for a convenient stay in the studio apartment: kitchen, wifi, comfortable bed & bathroom with plenty of hot water. Parking was a short walk away from the apartment. Location was excellent for walking along the coast and visiting Porec city (30 minute walk). Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value. Due to the date of our stay (October) most of the facilities outside of the apartment, such as restaurants, water activities and games were not available: not an issue for us because we were not looking for them, but something to consider when making a reservation. The studio apartment was on a split level inside (there were stairs between the bedroom and living space) and required using stairs to reach the door from the outside: could be an issue if you have a problem using stairs. An update to the interior of the apartment would be a plus.
