This is one of our most favorite resorts, and we have stayed there 5 times already! Amazing location, beaches, staff, comfortable rooms and villas, great food selection at both dinner and breakfast - plus there are a couple of very nice restaurants right at the property. Strong wi-fi all around the property, not only indoors. Love this place! Nothing - this place is perfect!

The pool water was colder than the sea. A heated swimming pool will be perfect for the days with bad weather.

    Very good

Big variety of food, kind and helpful staff, good location, live music some evenings, nice pool, hammocks, dining out in the terrace. The bathroom had a sewage issue and it was very stinky. We had to ask for another room as it couldn't be fixed. Paying extra for the parking? Why?

The location and the hotel's surrounding were perfect. Nice choice of beaches that were not overcrowded. Cleanliness inside and outside the hotel was up to the expected standards. Great choice and variety of food served for breakfast and dinner. Especially have to praise the staff - very professional, providing service up to the standard and going often well beyond and making extra steps when assistance is needed. They have provided quick and efficient service to all the inquiries we had and always with the smile on their faces. The furniture is a bit outdated, but still clean and fully functional. Refurbishment could greatly enhance the experience.

Great pool and location. As a family of 4 we loved the facilities, playground kids entertainment in eve and the tram/car to town. Food quality not good on first evening and coffee terrible at breakfast but breakfast was OK.

The setting is spectacular. A village set with several bungalows and a central building in a pine forest on a peninsula, surrounded by the sea. A huge swimming pool with sunbeds, a store, even a supermarket next to the parking at the entrance. All paths circling the peninusala very well maintained, with lots of rocky plateaus to sunbathe and stairs that give access to the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The place is well maintained and clean, but our room really showed its age: an eighties original with chipped furniture and bad matresses and pillows. Especially the small bathroom could use a thorough makeover, the plumbing was very noisy. The room was on the ground level, but from the reception you had to face several sets of stairs up.and down to get there. Even our room had some steps. Same renovation needed in the main restaurant. The upholstery of several chairs was visibly worn out and for 3 consecutive evenings one of the main lights went on and off the whole time. Sunbeds near the pool are free, those on the rocks near the sea cost 4 euro a day. The parking at the entrance is 1,20 a day. Fortunately there are electric cars taking you and your luggage up to the reception.

Rooms are a little dated, needs to be updated.

  • Engine customer Sep 2024

The reception and staff were smiley and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily; they provided new towels daily, which is a big plus. Dinner and breakfast were delicious every day. The cuisine provided new things each day. The location was perfect because the beach is about 50m away, and you can quickly jump to your room if you forget something. The bathroom was a bit smelly at times, but other than that, everything was great. The flushing was indeed loud, but it did not bother us like others.

    Superb

The place is the best of the best itself..Can't imagine a better spot for vacay. Some people from the staff just stood out with their attitude. Very kind and helpful. I think that the stay at Galijot is expensive enough so beverages and sun loungers on the beach should be free of charge for the resort guests. Unfortunately they chsrge €4 per sun lounger and beverages are also somewhere around €5 each.

The location, clean sea, and nature are incredible. All employees are very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to returning next year. The safe box in the room was too small and outdated. We needed an old-fashioned key to open it. It's been long since I saw that last time. They charge extra for sunbeds to hotel guests.

It is a in beautiful place, right next to the sea. You are surrounded by nature and it is really relaxing. The pool was really nice. The room in the hotel looked old. Our air conditioning was dripping and needed to be fixed, our TV didn’t work. We ate something bad for diner and it didn’t go well for our stomach. They had bar and fast food restaurants right next to the entrance of the hotel, which was not part of the hotel, and when we wanted to pay with card because we didn’t bring cash with us, they told us it was 20 euro minimum, and it was overpriced in general for all food and beverages. Very disappointing for 250 euros for 2 people per night…

The food was excellent and it was probably the best part of the stay. The room was older with a leak from the air conditioner that did not work in the upper part of the room as it should. The room had a sea view in the description, but we were looking at the roof of the restaurant.

I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a sea view that was cleaned daily. At the pool, the sunbeds are free and beach towels are also provided free of charge, so you don't have to carry a suitcase with them. I had half board, the food was excellent, a lot of dishes to choose from, and some were cooked on the spot. The sea is very close, there are stone beach spots and sunbeds can be rented for a reasonable price, 4 euros. The place that is nearest to the see it is not a suitable for small children, the sea is deep from the entrance, there are no progressive entry places. The parking lot is a bit far from the villa, about 200 meters, but if you call the reception upon arrival, they will send you a minicar that will load your luggage and take you to the entrance free of charge. Everything perfect.
