Location I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, my experience did not match the price I paid. First of all, there was no elevator, which made it extremely difficult to carry four heavy suitcases up the stairs. The cleanliness of the room was below the standard I expected for a hotel at this price. The bathroom did not even have shampoo available. The TV was not working, and there was no information in the room about how to order room service or any other hotel services. Parking was also very inconvenient. You have to be lucky to find a space close to the hotel; otherwise, you have to walk around 10 minutes to reach it. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The drinks, especially the orange juice and apple juice, were of extremely poor quality and had almost no taste. They were honestly the worst juices I have ever had. There was also no minibar in the room. Overall, for the amount I paid for just one night, the experience was very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Front desk not great All was great , but the elevator was not working so I needed to carry the luggage for 4 floors . The security guard helped me but the front desk did not offer any assistance. If you are elder or single mom w kids it’s hard to go up and down w No elevator

Food was great Bed was not comfortable at all, the mattress is bad, its old and too exhausted already. They need to change it. It was like sleeping on wooden planks

Everything, from the room to the food. 10/10 The space between the shower and toiled is a little to small, but managable.

I have to say that staff is extremely polite and helpful. However, they cannot cover for poor facilities and management problems. 1. Hotel does not clearly state that disable people should not visit it. There are no elevators from lobby to any floor, at least where we got a room. There are also no parking slots reserved for disabled people near to the hotel although there are parking slots in front of the door. There is not help offered in carrying luggage upstairs or downstairs so that is a big minus to the organization of the staff. My recommendation: State clearly that a room or area does not have elevators. This will give you much better rating and will not disappoint guests with your ignorance against disabled persons. 2. No pool towels are provided to guests, which in most hotels in Croatia is the case. 3. There is a long line during dinner to get their food. 4. Bathrooms are a bit outdated with very high mirrors and low sinks. Small people cannot see themselves in mirror while tall guys must bend or stay on their knees if they want to wash their hands. This was at least the case in our room. Probably made by an unexperienced handworker. 5. There is no Safe in the room. Practically guests cannot leave their valuables in the room and must carry on with them wherever they go. This is insane. 6. Our room D146 could not be even locked because key could not be turned into lock position so we just closed room without locking it. Everybody knows that such closed door can be opened with plastic cards. Therefore, we felt unsafe and worried that during our day’s absence someone could break into room and steal valuables.

The view is spectacular, the staff really nice, hospitable, the room was qiute big. It’s a bit old, the elevator was slow and claustrophobic, a looooot of stairs to the room.

Nice view, close to beach, playground for children. Nice. Interior outside pool. Extremely small room. Toilet few cm from shower. Not possible to even turn. Very old furniture. No place to dry towels. Food was terrible.

Excellent food, green area, nearby lovely beaches. Hotel also has a lovely pool The room I was staying in was smaller then I thought and it was outdated, dying for restoration. Neverthless it was comfortable and the food is excellent.

We love the location close to the sea with a lot of green, wonderful food with many choices, grand dinner on friday was wonderful, the pool is small but clean and deep enough to swim (for children), nice music in the lobby of the hotel. Price/performance ratio is super. We booked a room with sea view - technically there was a piece of sea that we could see from our balcony, but dominant was hotel bar and beach bar. Smoke from hotel bar went into our room. People on terrace/bar could see into our room. Our first bad experience in this hotel :( Older equipment - but it's ok and acceptable, because the price is lower.
