Hotel Zorna Plava Laguna

Very very small rooms with no balcony and not so comfortable beds. Claustrophobic wc in the room. Only one bar for all inclusive near reception, nothing outside in the pool area, cannot go inside wet for drinks must dry off first.

While I understand this is a 3-star hotel, the food quality was unfortunately below average. Although there were various options available, the taste and overall quality of the ingredients were not up to par. Additionally, a portion of the waiters working in the Lobby Bar seemed a bit unprofessional, and the overall service in that area felt disorganized. I honestly advise the hotel to reconsider the snacks offered twice a day; they were quite disappointing and, frankly, an embarrassment.

Almost free parking lot 1,5€ day. The room and the bathroom are small, and there is no balcony. Parking lot can get crowded especially before night.

The location is okay as it's close to the sea, though on the closest beach is hard to find a space when you don't want to pay for the umbrella, etc.. They say it's a room with a French bed, not sure what it means, the probably with the French balcony. The rooms are quite small, but okay actually enough space to store your things. Close to hotel is a train stop where this small motor train takes you to the Porec's harbor from where you have like 10 min walk to the city center. The rooms are already a bit old, though the ladies try to clean every day the rooms probably would need some more renovation and also better cleanliness of some places in the room. We had All Inclusive, as that's probably the only option the hotel offers though the food is very average. We tried to skip every day either lunch or dinner and eat somewhere else as the food in the restaurant as said, very average. Though you have variety of options to choose from, but the fish menu was quite bad. We just had one good dinner, on Wed there was some Croatian night, so actually they served all the good food just that day :). Also the hotel offers free of charge some sport facilities but you have to book one day prior, that's a bit hard when you don't have secured plans and not staying all day long close to the hotel. We participated on one beach tournament that took a place every Tue and every team got a price! To be considered why this take place on one day a week and not every day I didn't get. Think the hotel could do much better in organizing sport activities every day for the hotel guests. And not to forget as part of the All Inclusive you have a as well certain drinks for free, not drinkable :), worth to try is only the liquor from wormwood.

There was a powerful smell of mold in one of our rooms. The drinks were of poor quality. The hair dryers should definitely be replaced.

The fascilities and food was great, close to the beach, everyday something happening, we also had firework so it was really great for us. Perfect for families. The airconditioning in dining room, the lobby and especially in kids club was too much. We didn’t take kids to mini club because they would get sick for sure. Also comming from outside to the lobby was such a shock because od the temperature difference. There was also space problem around the pool. I had two kids with me and needed only one beach chair since they were in the pool all the time while we were there, but everything was “reserved” by towels though noone was there. I think there should be rule about this.
