The food was ok. a looooong queue to get dinner. Every single evening there is a long queue to get food. I believe if there would be few separate stations to get main dishes - there will be no queue at all

Next time, we will prefer a family room. The beach was lovely, with a blue flag sea. The carpets in the room.

The room was nice with comfortable bed. Big variety of breakfast and dinner. Close to the seaside. Nice hotel staff Bathroom is very small, but it is fine , it seems all the rooms have small bathrooms, however shower is musty which is not very nice. Even if cleaning ladies are coming every day, they cannot remove the must, so the showers should be checked on regular basis to remove must. To find a parking place is very hard when the hotel is full.

Toilet wasn't clean, there were some spots on toilet seat. And TV isn't TV, it is little monitor, for that kind of spatious room and for one hotel it's a little bit funny to watch TV on that small monitor.

Pretty good value for money that we got for a half-board room. Since the bicycle storage was full due to Ironman competition, they let us take our bikes to the room :) Break and dinner were ok for the price. Generally happy with the accomodation The hotel feel outdated (design-wise) although I can't say that it wasn't clean

Escalator was not functioning on arrival. We had to carry all the heavy luggage up to the reception ourselves. It was fixed later.

This is a 3 star hotel. The location is close to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job, everywhere is spotless. The dining room manager is friendly and available at all mealtimes. The selection of food is extensive with something for everyone. Unlimited wine and beer at dinner. Bar and dining staff are friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are small but adequate for us. (Those with disabilities or obesity may have a problem) The steps in the hotel may be a problem for some but we were aware of this when booking.
