Big and spacious rooms with large kitchen. A lot of things in cottage 2 are broken. The toilet runs after flushing. The sink leaks. The washer leaks. The bathroom often smells like sewer. The fridge didn’t close all the way (we fixed that). The trash bags are too small for the trash can. The WiFi didn’t work for most of the time we were there. The water pressure was so low 2 nights in a row we couldn’t shower. Dog barks all night and construction noise in the morning. For the price i don’t recommend. If it was cheaper i wouldn’t have minded if i couldn’t shower.

Clean! And in a great area close to everything we needed. Incredible staff that are ready to help, they all made us feel so welcome. Food was very good, compliments to all the staff. Hot water in the shower wasn’t consistently working but it wasn’t an issue.

Staff is excellent They serve a very nice jamaican breakfast feast every morning! Rooms are big and spacious We hosted a function there..the food and service was excellent The facility needs a good cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting! The fans in the banquet area were filthy! Tvs do not work! Technician came..waste of time.. He could not fix problem Chairs in lounge area needs to be replaced . Facility needs a little modernizing.

Rooms are overbooked, I was told the previous guest extended their stay and they forgot to block the unit. I had to seek accommodation elsewhere

Staff need to clean inside and out side of toilet bowls.moping the floors and using the mops to wipe around toilet bowls is not cleaning it. That I had to clean the room when I arrived .it was not to my liking and I have pictures if management would like to see it.

Breakfast was awesome every time Suitcase stand and or a chair in the rooms to make it more user friendly for adults

Staff was really accommodating and friendly. The back door in the Villa needs to be secured. The lock needs to be replaced .

Smelly room.immediately as I entered the room.there was a must ordor.i told one of the ladies She came and.spray .it only got worse. The first name it was so.bad.The security gave me tea and told me he was gonna change. My room.i thought. I was contracting the.flu.the next day, it was worse. Visitor. Was coughing just like myself.i.came.home.with.a cold.awful. smell on my clothing.
