The bathroom was not clean with lots of hair in the tub, that was disgusting

Dinner was excellent!! Every dinner meal was delicious! McKenzie, at the front desk, and the kitchen is excellent. She is a hard worker. This place is close to Trident Castle. Breakfast was terrible and unorganized. The meat portions only have gravy and bones. Breakfast was chaotic. I would suggest setting daily breakfast menus and allowing guests to order breakfast based on the menu that day. One of my rooms was taken, and we had to make adjustments. The room had a smell. The faucets needed scrubbing in the bathroom. When people are on vacation, the bathroom should be nicer than the one I have at home. This definitely missed the mark. The road leading to the resort needs work as well.

It's a older building so therefore the shower was a little small but not a deal breaker.

The room and restaurant area were clean, and the staff member who checked me in was welcoming. The location was also convenient. The overall experience was not relaxing. The pool, which is one of the main facilities, was not properly maintained and was visibly dirty during my stay. I did request that it be cleaned, which it eventually was, but the initial condition was disappointing. Communication was lacking throughout my stay, especially regarding breakfast, as it was never explained that orders needed to be placed the night before. This lack of communication limited my options, and I was left having to choose from what was available rather than what I actually wanted when I went down in the morning. While one or two staff members were welcoming, the overall service felt cold and unengaged. I ultimately chose to check out early, and there was no acknowledgment or follow-up from management, which left a poor final impression.

The front desk staff appear to be well -trained. Courteous. Pleasant. They were able to rectify an issue with our reservation in advance of our arriving. How the hotel was lit up and lights around the pool. Pretty. Too many steps including the small ones. The bar was a disappointment. Prices were ridiculously high compared to outside. Bartender did not seem to know much. Told only 2 fruit/alcholic drinks to chose from.. Bedrooms were small and very basic. Bathroom had a window pane missing so mosquitoes were coming in.

No vegan breakfast.

The pool needed cleaning and the music from the bar was too loud.

The curry chicken breakfast was amazing. The staff were respectful and helpful. The rooms were good and spacious. It was a very good experience overall would recommend. I didn’t like that the bathrooms didn’t have an electric socket to use.

check in and check out were great. The personel were very friendly our friends room air conditioner didn't work, and they had to wait over an hour before eventually changing rooms. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful but very overwhelmed by the number of people.

We weren't able to access the pool because of maintenance but WE WILL BE BACK

Our Team used the "Apple" Villa which sleeps 8. Villa Rental does not include meals due to the furnished Kitchen. We did however enjoy 2 breakfasts which were sufficient, timely and the dining area is very nice. Each of the bedrooms had a separate bathroom and shower. The pool area was very nice. Easy in and out with steps down into the pool, ambient lighting for evening swimming, a fine Cabana. The Owner is working daily to improve the tile work, handrails, ramps, etc. The patio area with bar and fun lighting is very nice for medium size groups. There are a lot of steps.

nice staff good location Breakfast could be better organised and they need to ensure more staff for efficient service , the staff did try their best but more staff for breakfast period would help , food was good

The owner and workers were very accommodating and made sure our stay was great.
