Nothing. This isn't a resort. @booking.com please investigate all hotels or accommodation you post on your site. You do have a big responsibility to provide what customers pay for. Nothing is what your website claims it to be. This place is ruined and has no pool, no restaurants also wifi doesn't work. Don't even get me started on the cleanliness. This is a very tired property no money has been invested in the up keep. I stayed there one night and had to leave as it was so bad. The receptionist did her best to listen to my issues but admitted there's not alot she could do. Still waiting on a refund as booking.com keeps attempting to take money from my account even through I tried to reach to them on my arrival. Think its the theme with alot properties in Jamaica the owners try squeeze the life out of the properties without any investment alot of places I've visited look very tired. Location and view It was in a state of disrepair. Their profile that was advertised was grossly misleading. Even basic needs for comfort were unavailable such as water and air conditioning in the hot summer heat. Staffs were dodging questions and rude at times when pressed for answers. However, there were attempts to correct issues which barely helped.

some of the views & the vegetation it was very much a building site in many areas . the path to the beach was mostly inaccessible there was no restaurant due to building works the swimming pool had green water so I did not use it. on going issues with the Wi-Fi

Location by the Blue Lagoon. Reception staff made the best of a bad situation for guests and allowed us to check out early and get a refund. Entire property needs to be renovated and modernized before being open to guests. Wi-Fi did not work on property. No food options available especially considering the price.

The Tranquility

It is a large picturesque property with good vehicular access with ample parking. It’s nearby major attractions, unfortunately the work on the main road for the new highway takes away from the level of accessibility.
